Host simpatico e disponibile, ci ha anche accompagnato in macchina. Chitarre nella stanza disponibili da suonare. Caffè ottimo!

Omichio is a very nice host who truly cared about our needs. We were very happy to stay at his house. It’s a very tranquil place, not many guests there who could make noise or anything. The place was gorgeously decorated and it seemed like a little museum. The room was spacious and there was extra room for baggage. Bed very comfortable and shower even more cause very big! Thank you for making our stay so great!

エアコンの他に除湿機あり。梅雨時期だったので大活躍。除湿機の良さを知ることになりました（笑）。
共用部のキッチンには調理道具、調味料、食器は十分そろっています。
お風呂はシャワーのみですが水圧強力で快適です。
洗濯機は一回100円洗剤つきです。
屋根つきの物干し場があります。
除湿機があるので部屋干しも可。
コインランドリーは車で3分ほどの所にあります。
外水栓あり、海から帰って足など洗ってから入れます。
オーナーのワンオペですが、ほぼ常駐されています。フレンドリーの塊のような方ですが、こちらの距離感にあわせてくれますので、交流なし希望も全く問題ないと思います。
立地は極上です。イムギャーマリンガーデンまで徒歩2-3分。
LDKの奥に風呂トイレがあるため、トイレの時などほかの人がくつろいでいるところを横切ることになります。気を遣う人は気になるかもしれません。気にしなければ問題なし。

위치가 참 좋습니다. 인갸마린 바로 앞이라 스노클링, 물놀이 좋아하시는 분에게는 이보다 좋은 위치는 없습니다. 게스트하우스의 주인장인 사이토상도 친절합니다. 시기라 해변과도 가까워서 각종 투어를 좋아하시는 분들은 가성비 좋은 위치라고 생각합니다.
편의점에 가려면 차로 5-7분거리라서조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 저녁에 술을 좋아하거나 번화가의 맛있는 식당을 기대하시는 분에게는 좋은 위치가 아닙니다. 개인적으로 저는 술도 좋아하지 않고, 조용히 있는 편을 좋아해서 나쁘지 않았습니다.
