About this condo rental

Situated in Milwaukee, this lovely condo for $179 per night is a great choice for your next break. ****If you are looking to book for the RNC convention in July 2024, please message us for weekly rates***** This luxury condo is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee close to corporate offices, Theaters, Summerfest grounds, and the convention center. It features 1 king size bed in each room , a pull out queen sofa, 2 twin cots (upon request and matching guests) and a furnished kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, and includes a parking spot. We can accommodate up to 8 guests as family for the night 8 adults are on a case by case situation. The included parking is located next door in the parking structure and is a short 100 foot walk. You will need to park and get the pass first and must use it in order to enter the structure. . We provide linens and towels for the number of people booked for the night. Please be accurate in your attendance numbers to ensure proper towels and linens provided. The pack n play and high chair will be provided upon request. Please make sure to mention when booking so that we can schedule it being there. Check out is 11am. We cannot accommodate late check out due to the next guest arriving at 4pm. You have the entire condo. You will ne provided with a code to get in the front door and lock box at the condo for the key. You will need to park first to get the parking pass and you must use it when entering and exiting the structure. We do not reside there. We will be available for help and in most cases between 9am and 6pm. We do not have 24 hour service but do our best to help from 6pm to 9am. In most cases we can be on premises in an hour. As a reminder we are not a full service hotel. We are providing our space for your stay and some essentials to make your stay better. Please search MKE Lofts to see the apartment complex that we are part of. They also list several area attractions. You are located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and just a few blocks from the convention center, theaters, and 3rd Street Market. A 3 block walk gets you to the Third Ward or Fiserv Forum and Old World 3rd Street District. This condo is in a perfect location for weekday business travel. You will be in the center of the city. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as bus transportation. The area is also walkable. There is one free parking space for this condo. It is located in the parking structure that touches the building to the North. . The pass that is needed for parking will be in the condo when you arrive, you need it to enter and exit the structure. You can park out front with flashers and head to the Airbnb to grab it. Please return it at the 11am check out. Parking passes and keys lost or not returned will result in a $100 replacement fee. The pack n play and high chair and cots will be provided upon request. Please make sure to mention when booking so that we can schedule it being there. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am. We offer a 1pm scheduled check in for $75

We traveled to Milwaukee for a concert at the Riverside Theater and this place was an ideal location with close proximity to the theater, Mo’s Steakhouse (awesome place!) and riverwalk through downtown to the lakeshore. The unit itself could use a little attention - sofa broken & very uncomfortable to sit on, living room table lamp not functional (missing on/off switch), toilet seat hinge broken and a few other minor things — making this a mediocre place to stay in our opinion.

We came from St. Louis for a few-day trip to see Milwaukee. We wanted something close to downtown because we had some concerns about parking and wanted to be close to everything. This property definitely delivered. It was an easy walk to most of the sights, and an easy drive to all the rest. The free parking garage spot was an excellent bonus. The apartment itself was great, lots of light, plenty of places to sleep (the king beds were so comfortable!), and stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were very communicative and made the process very easy.

Milwaukee offers so much to do, and this place is situated within walking distance of everything. Super bright and comfortable. We loved MO’s Steak house (pricey but worth it) and the 3rd Street market. We went to the Riverside theater which has a lot of great shows- just around the corner. Close to the river walk and lots of great dining. Only heads up- the tap has to run for about 5 min before you get hot water.

This property is a great place to stay in Milwaukee. It’s conveniently located to all the communities that Milwaukee offers what makes this property stand out is the parking pass that comes along with this property had a great time in the middle of winter so I can only imagine in the summer months it would be fabulous. Milwaukee Wisconsin is a fabulous place to visit. Lots of fun. Will definitely stay at this property when I visit Wisconsin again.

We absolutely loved this condo. 6 of us celebrated a friends birthday. It was fantastic- clean- beautiful huge windows and many beds- way more than we expected. Highly recommend!
