Oh my goodness this was a fabulous place to stay and relax! We all loved it and had so much fun playing games at the long table. The younger ones loved the video games in the basement. It was an incredible trip!!

Had a work retreat here with a large group. We had a great time. Lots to do. Loved it!! I would highly recommend.

This place was PERFECT!! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the view was awesome. Two refrigerators came in handy as did two televisions. There was an ample supply of dishes, bath towels, toilet paper and trash bags. There were 16 of us (all over 60) and we were all able to sit at the table at the same time and there were still some empty seats. We all agreed we will be coming back!

Had our annual golf trip and this was the absolute perfect place to stay. Close to golf courses, restaurants and the private pool was absolutely perfect during the hot days. The house was spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Our group of 20 (10 adults and 10 kids) had an amazing trip! We have been going on a group trip for 9 years and this was one of the best places.
Rooms/accommodations were perfect for a large group. We had a ton of space to spread out and the kids loved the arcade games.
Location was close to many Branson attractions. House was immaculately clean.
Manager was very responsive and communicative of a minor issue with some outdoor furniture.
We would highly recommend the house for big groups especially with children!

Jeff, the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Wonderful views. Even though the temperature was in the high 90’s, the deck always had a breeze and was very comfortable.

Fabulous place!! Beautiful views and the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and video games were a hit!! We really enjoyed all we did in Branson and the food was amazing!!!

We stayed a week and had a great time; the bedroom set up was perfect for family/extended family. The location worked well with quick access to fishing, shopping, and other activities. The only suggestion that I have is to add at least 1 chair height toilet to 1 of the bathrooms to accommodate elderly folks.

Loved the home! The area is quite beautiful and sits on top of all the rows of houses. Privacy and noise was our only issue. Nothing to do with the property itself. Josh runs a very nice home.

Such a great home with lots of space, everything you need, & modern furnishings and decor. We didn't have any troubles with anything & would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

The home is exactly as pictured and better than expected! Rented for my bachelorette party and we had such a great time in the pool, hot tub and the gaming area. Lots of space and well decorated!! I would love to get our friends together and come back another time. Josh was easy to communicate and allowed us to check in a little early which really helped. Highly recommend!
