Clean lines of a modern kitchen are softened by beautiful hand carved poles. The house is split across three floors. There is a large upper-level master bedroom, with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, including a jacuzzi. A private deck leads off this bathroom ideal for sun-bathing or star gazing. On the main level you will find a light filled bedroom with high vaulted ceilings containing twin-beds. The expansive kitchen, dining and lounge room are open plan, bi-fold doors open seamlessly to the large north facing balcony with stunning views. The kitchen contains everything you need to cook and entertain: an island bench with gas stove, a stunning frameless window makes you feel as if you’re immersed in the rainforest, concealed Miele dishwater, soft closing drawers and modern kitchen appliances and utensils. A large solid dining table which seats 8. The cozy lounge area contains a smart TV, sofas, ottoman and a coffee table. The are books, board games and cards for guests to enjoy. The living area is modern and comfortable, and is the perfect place to relax, entertain or simply contemplate nature. On the lower level are two more comfortably appointed bedrooms with queen beds, a second bathroom with shower and toilet, another deck with a garden and rainforest outlook, and a laundry . The house is constructed almost entirely from native hardwoods. The poles are Turpentine, sanded, oiled and polished to a beautiful shine. Australian Beech flooring is silky smooth underfoot. Breezes flow through the Rosewood louvres. The rafters are spotted gum and the decking on the balconies are ironbark. Windows and doors are all hand crafted from rare Silky Oak wood. Ornate 'Gothic’ doors hand built from Cherry Penda wood grace the hall entrance way. The craftsmanship in the construction of every detail of the house is exquisite. The house and balconies offer complete privacy – no neighbouring houses are visible. The property comes with a terraced rainforest garden and an abundance of wildlife - Wallabies with their little Joeys, Butterflies and Birds – it’s a very special place.
