No expense has been spared with this absolutely stunning, newly built country manse. Situated on a large private lot, the home has 3 living rooms, 10 comfortable bedrooms, 6 full baths, a 34ft x16ft heated pool, outdoor kitchen with a 42" Viking Grill, a large sauna and 7 person hot tub. With 7000 sq feet of living space, there are too many amenities to list.
The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family reunions, trips with your friends, ski getaways or just weekend escapes - this home has everything for just about everyone.
The lower floor consists of a 2500 sq ft game room, including a 9' professional pool table, 14' shuffleboard table, foosball table, a bar and refrigerator, and an 85" flat screen Smart TV with Prime, Netflix, Disney+ preloaded for the ultimate experience in entertainment. The lower floor also has a 7 person sauna, 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bath.
As you make your way up to the main floor, you are welcomed by the spacious yet cozy gathering area. A modern eat-in kitchen has all the amenities of home and surrounding dining areas seat up to 30 people comfortably. Centrally situated living room with cathedral beam ceilings is perfect for entertaining. It boasts another 85” Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Having 10 bedrooms allowed everyone to have a place to sleep and there was also room in the upstairs loft area and the basement. The pool and hot tub and table games were a hit too

I cannot say enough great things about this house! It is massive, just as the photos suggest. The large family room, with two big tables, provided more than enough space—we never felt crowded, even with 20–25 people. The bedroom layout was also excellent, as the rooms were well spread out, allowing everyone to retreat to their own private corner of the house.Unfortunately, it rained for most of our weekend, but that didn’t stop the kids from enjoying the heated pool or the adults from relaxing in the hot tub. The massive basement, filled with endless games and activities, kept everyone entertained despite the dreary weather.Tina and Boris could not have been more accommodating. Their guidebook was incredibly thorough, packed with helpful information about the house—including links to YouTube videos explaining how to operate certain features—as well as fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I’ve never seen anything like it. Tina also checked in before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly (even while she was traveling internationally!). That said, we had zero questions—everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.Overall, this trip was a 10 out of 10! We rented the home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and I hope to return one day for my own 50th!

Plenty of room to spread out with a group of 20 adult family members and 4 young children! Hosts were responsive and professional communicators and facilities were enjoyed. Beds very comfortable and wonderful memories made...highly recommend
