Overall, I had a good stay in the hotel. The staff I met, Sandra I believe, was really friendly and welcoming. All information was sent in advance. Room was as expected with great wifi, a fridge/freezer, and comfortable bed. It was also clean. Location near then open air museum and 3 minutes from a supermarket.
The room I had was very warm as the windows open over an indoor access path (though a fan was provided)

I stayed at this hotel as i was visiting a freind from england but as his neigh ours were noisy i moved to this hotel, i explained this to the man who ran this hotel as i was stressed, he was very understanding and gave me a nice quiet room which i asked for, he was welcoming and showed me all hotel facuilities.
I didt really like the gangs of teenageres hanging outside the local ica supermarket, felt intimidating, also fire alarm went off once and we all had to go outside,
