Понравилось, что заранее все выслали и я легко нашёл апартаменты, что там было достаточно чисто (за исключением пары моментов) и уютно. Мне важно, что была гладильная доска и утюг (это было критично важно, т.к. я приехал на конференцию, и я был очень этому рад). А также хозяин жилья очень быстро отвечал на мои вопросы по приезду, даже вечером, когда я не мог кое-что найти. В целом впечатление позитивное.
В шкафу были чьи-то вещи, которые видимо оставили предыдущие арендаторы или персонал. Окно не отрывалось, т.к. ручка была сломана, а возле окна было 3 паука и паутина (хорошо, что я их не боюсь, но в целом это не ок). Также дверь скрипела и пол. При этом в целом было чисто и уютно, хоть и скромно. Как по мне, вариант соответствует соотношению цена/качество.

the light in the shower was turning off every couple minutes because of the motion sensor not being able to recognize you behind the curtain

4 rooms in the flat
Glass doors in the room ( in the corridor the lights switch on and off automatically, consequently you see the light at night if someone has passed to the bathroom or toilet
Very narrow bed ( 1,2) in three rooms out of 4, I looked for my room and saw all the beds.
For 1 person ok, but if there will be 2 people sleeping it is very hard.
