Seconds from the Avon Recreation Center. Minutes to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, skiing, hiking, biking and snowshoes. If you’re visiting in the winter, take advantage of the free ski shuttle to Beaver Creek. Snowshoe, hiking, ice skating and Nordic skiing. 7 minute ride to Vail. For the warmer months, enjoy white water rafting, swimming, paddle boarding, picinic, hiking, and biking nearby. 10 minutes ride to Edwards. We came to Avon for the weekend to participate in a triathlon event. This was the perfect location, being so close and accessible to Nottingham Park and the rest of town. We did not spend a ton of time in the property, but it provided all that we needed. It’s an older home, so while it says spacious in the description, it does feel a little tight with 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids) But it was clean, the check-in/out process was smooth, and the host was quick to respond. We’d probably stay here again, given its convenient spot!

The location was good and in walking distance to lots of things and easy parking. The space overall was good with lots of space for our family and some friends. The air was blasting when we got there, and it was very cold and took a while to warm up. I did let the owners know so they could fix that in the future, and they were responsive. There's some wear and tear (ie stains and windows should be replaced as you can hear the traffic nearby, and they don't seem to be in great shape), but this is expected from places that gets lot of use during ski season. But it worked well for what we needed.

This place is fantastic for a ski getaway! Easy to walk to the Gondola, walk to town for dinner, plenty of stores in a short walk or drive, and ample parking spots available. The place itself was well laid out and made it easy to have a group dinner or play games in the living room. I would definitely stay here again.

This Avon townhome was perfect for our ski weekend. It is located close to the slopes and parks for sledding. The layout worked great with each bedroom on a different floor. The great room had plenty of couch space and a large table for eating all within easy view of the TV.

Surprisingly spacious, very comfortable, lots of room for our large group. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Some board games, wifi, and streaming services were also available and very much enjoyed. We had two families (5 adults, 4 kids), and there was enough room that we didn't feel squished. Location was convenient, and there are two parking spaces which was nice. Randy was very responsive and easy to reach if you have any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Great location and property. Location was clean and in a great location. Could walk to the park in Avon and a very short drive to Beaver Creek Parking. Highly recommend it!
