The condo felt very secure, with security guards at the main entrance, a 24-hour receptionist, security at the rooftop swimming pools, and guards near the garages. Everything was very clean, organised, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely tropical garden and many amenities.The apartment was beautiful, practical, and comfortable. The kitchenette and living area were well designed, and one of the bedrooms had a very comfortable king-size bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential in the heat. One of the bathrooms was particularly spacious and practical.The garage was also very safe and convenient for guests with a car.The location was perfect for us. It is very central and ideal for anyone planning to do tours and explore the area. We stayed here for eight days while doing tours and sightseeing before moving to a resort for a few days of relaxation and then continuing our trip to Mexico City. It was honestly one of the best choices we made during our trip! The condo itself is excellent and felt incredibly safe. My son was able to walk independently between our ground-floor apartment and the swimming pools, and we always felt comfortable with the security. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop area. After a long and exciting day of tours and sightseeing, we loved relaxing at the beautiful warm-water swimming pools. There was also a bar and a gym. My children particularly enjoyed ending the day playing pool and swimming, as the pools were open until 10 p.m.There are supermarkets nearby, and the reception staff can provide information about the closest ones. However, we discovered another, more affordable option: Soriana, which is within walking distance, a little further along the avenue to the left.Overall, we had an amazing experience during our eight-day stay. The excellent location, high level of security, beautiful facilities, and comfortable apartment made this condo the perfect choice for us.We would definitely choose it again.
When we arrived after a long flight, I noticed that the floor was dirty. Instead of being able to rest and unpack, I had to sweep and clean the living room floor myself. The dining table was also very dirty when we arrived. We had to wash some of the dishes and cutlery before using them. As there is no dishwasher, the dishes are washed by hand by previous guests, so we expected that the cleaning might not always be perfect. We experienced a similar situation in other accommodations in Mexico during our trip as well.
At first, the bed sheets appeared to have some stains. However, we later realised that they spray them with perfume to make them smell nice, and this seems to leave marks on the fabric.
The smaller bathroom became clogged on our second-to-last day. However, it seemed that this was something that occasionally happened, as there was already a plunger available in the bathroom.
Natural light is mainly available in the living room, as the other areas do not get much daylight. However, this did not make much difference to us, and we were perfectly fine with it.
