Situated in Saint Louis, this attractive condo for $173 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We offer a unique warehouse overnight stay experience in Downtown St Louis. If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together, LOOK NO FURTHER! Photographers, artists, musicians, and creative-minded travelers love our space! Absolute best downtown location, just a few blocks from all downtown activity! Sporting events, concerts, and convention goers are our specialty. Our 5 warehouse suites easily sleep 10 to 20 people each. We accommodate up to 60 overnight guests. Private kitchenettes and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large, shared game room and lounge (with billiards, darts, foosball & 3 60-inch TVs). Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces. This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, it is probably not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or the elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay. NOTE: We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include: 1) The approximate total number of people attending your event? 2) Hours of event? 3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any? 4) Any special accommodations? 5) No confetti in or around the property.

Very unique one bedroom space that has been remolded in an old warehouse. The space is very large and plenty of room for 5 friends. Very clean and the beds are comfy. The location is close to the Arch and downtown but not easily walkable due to the highway. We Ubered everywhere and it was a short ride. Host quickly responded to all questions! Def recommend for a unique stay!

Conveniently located near some downtown attractions. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were cool, with a game room and plenty of beds. Would stay again next time we're in STL!

A fun experience for a group of ladies who had a conference at the Dome , we were able to walk without difficulty. Don’t judge building by it’s cover ! The inside amazing fun Space and Jordan was wonderful!!!

My friends and I were looking for a fun place to stay for a night while passing through St Louis. This rental did not disappoint! We honestly weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it was exactly how the listing presents it to be. The owners were responsive, accommodating, and presented the same cool energy as the venue presents itself. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. We weren’t quite sure of the safety of the area, but we had no problems. This place is perfect for groups. It’s hard to explain the energy of this boutique warehouse hotel—but if you’re looking for a fun place and a cool story to tell, stay here! :)
