About this house rental
This charming 3 bed, 1 bath colonial is in a prime South Haven location! Only 5 blocks to the beach and 5 blocks to downtown, this 3 bed, 1 bath home is close to everything South Haven has to offer!
3 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2 twin beds). 1 full bathroom. Large dining room seats 6 . Spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with items needed for cooking!
Window a/c units in the summer to help cool the house on those hot summer days.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
● Primary bedroom: 1st floor – 1 Queen bed
● Bedroom 2: 2nd floor – 1 Queen bed
● Bedroom 3: 2nd floor- 2 Twin beds
The property's living space is 1,239 sq ft
Bathrooms:
● Bathroom 1: Main floor – tub with shower
Laundry:
● Washer & dryer in basement

● Dining Table : seats 6
● Spacious living room
- Large, comfortable sofa & chairs for relaxing
● Smart TVs with YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+ and apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu) to sign in with your own accounts.

- Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker (coffee filters
provided but you must bring your own coffee)
- Plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, silverware, knife block, etc...

● Provided: Bed linens, bath and beach towels, wagon, beach toys + Starter amounts of: body wash, shampoo & conditioner, paper towel, dish soap & sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper
● Kid Friendly (but not child proof): we have a booster Seat, Pack ’n Play and baby gates available for use.

● Propane grill
● Driveway parking for 5 cars
● 1 security camera on the garage and 1 security camera on the front of the house. The garage is not accessible to guests.

This was the perfect place for our weekend girls trip! Great communication and fully stocked. We loved having the toys and wagon available as well as beach chairs!
