Nestled in Buford, this lovely cottage for $222 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Lake front cottage located on DEEP Water in South of Lake Lanier. Quick boat ride to Lake Lanier Islands, water park or to catch a beautiful sunset, restaurants and MORE! VERY close gentle walk to lake (100ft) with a Gazebo. TWO docks(1sinfle slip and 1 swimming platform )- great for gathering and many fun activities. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Our property is located right on Lake Lanier with a FANTASTIC view of the Lake,our house is perfect for a Romantic getaway ,family gatherings, weekend away or relaxing time with friends there is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchen . Also enjoy free kayaking experience! Come stay with us! ~There is 1 operational security camera located at the front door , in the form of a ring doorbell with records both visually and audibly, this camera is facing the patio . this camera is not monitored . we take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously. things to do : Margaritaville – water park, restaurants, music (2 coves down) o Ozark house on the lake o Downtown Buford – quaint downtown with great restaurants o Rico’s World Kitchen (built out from old gas station) o Tannery Row (casual with music venues) o Aqua Terra Bistro (higher end) o Bare Bones (steak place) Twisted Oar o Helen, GA – German town, one hour away o Chateau Elon – beautiful winery only 30 minutes away o Kayaking, tubing, swimming & fun o Restaurants on the water o Twisted Oar (casual, music, high energy) o Landshark @ Margaritaville o Fish Tales – great sand play area for the kids o Pig Tales – music events, great food o Pelican Pete’s – casual, music, high energy) o Skogies – lunch and breakfast

Nice and easy with a really cute feel to the property. The whole house was comfy and clean

The property is as listed - there is some wear and tear which is expected with any short term rental. The home was well decorated, including some cute seasonal fall decor. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. My husband and I were fine with the accommodations and my toddler had a blast finding pinecones in the grass. The driveway is pretty steep - which is normal for the area.
The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet which we really enjoyed.

Exceeded our expectations. Easily sleeps 8. The kitchen was spacious and had all the things we needed to cook a large meal. The location was beautiful and quiet. Would absolutely recommend.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Nice easy walk to the lake and excellent deep water dock. Quiet and relaxing. Karima was great and always available for all of our needs.

We loved the little cottage. The views are amazing and the lake is right there. We enjoyed the kayaks and dock--We used the fire pit and used the grill. Our pups had the best time. It is private and water is deep at the dock. We went out to eat at Twisted Oar-- close and good food. The only wish would be for a big deck on the front of the house and ability to use glass doors. I would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay! Karima was available for questions anytime. The home was very well stocked with towels, detergent, firewood, etc. She even included a basket of s’mores ingredients! We loved that we were right in the middle of nature, but we could get to restaurants/stores/parks in ~10 minutes.

My friends and I had a great stay, the house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the property was equipped with everything we needed. The lake view was breathtaking and we made sure to get plenty of use out of the fire pit. The city of Buford offered plenty to do, including great hiking opportunities around the Buford dam. Even on rainy days there is plenty to do, as we made the most out of ours by going to the Mall of Georgia and Top Golf.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home with Vrbo and we are not disappointed this cottage was just amazing! The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! Warm and cozy ,The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The location is great ,the lake view is phenomenal and ,also the shower was steamy hot ,Ms Karima did a fantastic job of providing a welcoming place with tasteful decorating (Christmas tree), soft towels, and comfortable beds. Karima was very responded to our questions immediately. She was prompt in responding to me anytime.She messaged me to check in on us while we were at the home. She went beyond our expectations. She even provided us with an early check in and late check out. It made our vacation so stress free. We were well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!"

Beware …this house has plumbing, heating and electrical problems and the owner became irate after letting her know. Even when we sent videos of the thermostat registering no heat and the house was cold at 65 degrees and the shower backing up she denied these problems, accused us of being difficult and told us to her house. We were shocked at her behavior.

This house was perfect for a a wonderful stay on the lake. The house is quaint all you need for a family or 2. Every thing was clean and well maintained. The host is lovely and we will definitely be back again!

This was a nice spot for a little weekend bachlorette getaway. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds, definitely room for an air mattress if people didn’t want to sleep together. Nice easy walk down to the water. Neighbors were very nice, came over and said hello. We loved chatting around the fire ring. Would definitely book again. Having one bathroom was the only downside, but we knew that before booking and made it work. 🥰

The property is located on an amazing quiet Cove. The house is clean and neat and had all of the amenities that we needed. Karima Responded quickly to any messages that we sent. The list of places to eat and things to do was an added bonus. We went and tried to the locations on her list and really enjoyed them.

I want to live at this place!!! Such an easy stroll to the lake and what a view of the lake. We sat on the dock and watched the sunset every evening. Hung out in the gazebo with the family and grilled out almost every evening. The house is clean and totally cozy. We were able to bring our boat too! It was more than I ever expected. We will be back next year! Thank you so much for this experience!
