Awesome stay with flavor and flair!

The place has a lot of character and was very clean. The location and the downtown area was within walking distance of the theater that we went to. I love that the coffee shop was in the same building for my morning fix. beds were very comfortable.

The only short coming was parking and finding the place. But that wasn’t the fault of anyone. They were doing road work, and it was unavoidable.

Fantastic Family place to spread out!

HUGE amount of space to spread out! Felt like a home away from home! Coffee shop just down stairs! we love the action of being downtown, and the hustle and bustle of events, was so much fun. Property managers on site…very attentive, WILL take care of you!

The only thing that could have made our stay better would to have been able to open the windows in the main room, love being able to get fresh air, but for safety reasons (it is quite far down) maybe fixed is better.

We very much enjoyed our short stay there, and would be glad to come back.

Interesting location in an 1894 building that has been renovated and made into apartments. Very comfortable, views over the river and train yard, easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops, close to walkways along the river bluff. The hosts were very helpful, and easy to reach when we had a question. Free parking right next to the building.

Some of the signage was quite unobtrusive (like the P3 parking sign), but that is a minor issue. We found it!

No privacy. Walk on egg shells.

The location was great and the size of the space was nice.

At first, we thought we had found a place we could rent each year for our annual alumni game; however, we learned quickly that was not the case. This is not a place you rent to see friends you only get to see once a year. The host expects almost complete silence. We had 7 people standing around the island talking, reminiscing, and telling jokes and received a "noise complaint at 8:06 pm, well before the unreasonable 9:00 pm quiet time. We were not loud (especially in comparison to the non-stop walking and children crying above us). As a mother, I understand children can be loud but this host does not understand people visiting from out of town will want to socialize. This apartment is only suitable for people who need a place to sleep. The rules are ridiculous since the hosts live in the building. They would be better suited renting it long-term instead of using it as an air bnb type place. Overall it was clean except for the bedroom trashcan that had a used band-aid and other personal hygiene trash in it and the light in the living room looks very unsafe as the broken cover was "repaired" with packaging tape (I took a picture but do not see a place to attach it).

Construction noise, upstairs neighbor noise, no silverware, tub wasn't clean

Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting town to see LU play VT!

Location was great and close to good restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was cozy for my family and me.

We could hear a lot of creaking in the wood floors upstairs/ceiling from the residents walking around. This did not bother me but it did bother my wife and kids a little.
