The pricing and the view from the back of the house were good. Interactions with the homeowner were quick and easy. The bedroom with the bunk beds is really small, smaller than what I anticipated. The back porch is very nice for the value of the house.

said it slept 10, definitely not. ac and heat are weird. couldn’t get heat on sat night.

The Air Conditioning was very nice and cold. And the fact that my dog could come along was great too!

There were holes in windows that looked like a gunshot and it was covered with black duct tape. There was no water in the channel which was a major reason for deciding on this property. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. There was a moldy smell in the bedrooms. It looked like there had been some water damage inside the walls. The drive from town was quite a way away down winding roads.
