Flamingo Ocean View Villa (Combined House) 3 separate units in 1 LARGE HOUSE - 8 bedroom home. When rented as "combined house", this wonderful beach home includes 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 3 fully furnished kitchens and sleeps up to 20 people. Entry to Villa 1 and 2 are downstairs with an interconnecting door (can be locked for privacy) and Villa 3 is located upstairs and is it's own 2-story home with 4 bedrooms. There's room for the family reunion, ball team, or wedding group. Villa 1 & 2 are identical floor plans with 2 bedrooms/1 bath each. Villa 1 offers 2 queen size beds and a full sized bathroom with tub shower combo. All the tile throughout the floor is new and all new bedroom furniture as well. This cute villa comes equipped with with a full kitchen with all new full-sized stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Dining room table with seating for 4, enough room for your family. A new 55-inch smart TV is in the living room for your entertainment. Villa 2 is also ground level - 2 bedroom, 1 full size bath unit with a queen sized bed and a full sized bed. All the tile throughout the bottom floor is new and all new bedroom furniture as well. It comes equipped with a full kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. New dining room table with seating for 4. UPSTAIRS Villa 3 is a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath villa with all new luxury vinyl flooring. All new appliances, upgraded cabinets and granite countertops. Not to mention all new mattresses and headboard sets. The spacious master bedroom has a wonderful king bed with an attached private bath, consisting of a vanity with tub/shower combo. It has its own sofa and new 45 inch smart TV. There are 2 guestrooms with queen beds that shares an attached "Jack'n Jill" bath between the pair. There is another full bathroom in the hall for guest to use. Bedroom number 4 is a hidden oasis you go up the spiral staircase into a quiet loft with two private balconies (front & back), luxury private bath including a jetted tub. Up here in the 3rd floor hidden oasis, you will find 2 twin beds, perfect for the teenagers or young kids to have a space all to their own. There is a beautiful backyard, you can find charcoal grills, an indoor and outdoor shower and a full sized washer and dryer for your use. You can pull up a chair and sit on the front porch to relax and watch people go by. All new concrete patio and walkway all around the house. Best of all is that you are just a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy North Myrtle's beautiful white sandy beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at this newly renovated house. Everything is brand new. Very convenient location that we can walk barefoot to the ice cream shop, mini mart, and the beach down the street. Fantastic ocean view from the decks while enjoying drinks. Our children were thrilled with their own place on the third floor.We can’t wait to come back this summer to enjoy the newly installed above ground pool! The management staffs were very friendly and professional.

The house didn’t have a microwave plate on the second floor upon arrival and I was responsible for it after checkout. The third floor shower did not work. Low water pressure in the showers the shower head was loose on the second floor. Overall that area and neighbors were not welcoming to African Americans. I was given a key to the reserved guest house in the back despite it being already occupied. Do not use grill because cleaning instructions are impossible they want it cleaned like new. There is no dumpster located on the property you have to drop all trash off in a public dumpster meaning you must load your vehicle with trash and take it to another location, all of this before 10am checkout. Despite turning around buying my own supplies and cleaning what was unacceptable to management I received $0 out of a $200 deposit. Please take photos upon arrival to avoid being accused of missing items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed in this rental with my large group of family and friends, and we had a wonderful time! The location is exquisite as it was located right by the beach (right down the road!) and multiple fun spots like the popular ice cream shop (a must try as lines were down the block!) and restaurants just a short walk away. Also, it was a short drive to multiple shopping centers and excursions. The rental itself is very spacious with comfortable rooms and open areas in the kitchen and living room for spending time together or eating meals. It was clean, well decorated with subtle beach themes, and perfect for a home away from home beach trip for our group. Our favorite part was the ability to book specific units as we were able to either stay on one unit with family, but we could also easily meet with the other family from their unit, allowing privacy for each group as well as accessible for coming together. I would highly recommend for small or large groups and definitely plan to book again this summer!

The only thing I had a problem with is with the trash disposal direction was not clear. Keep in mind that the people staying is not from that area, but other then that we have a wonderful time, would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has been recently renovated, with new paint, flooring and furniture. It looks nice; however, there are problems with the utilities.We rented the "whole house"--when split into 3 rentals, the downstairs is split into 2 rentals, and the second and third floors are the 3rd rental. The air conditioning in one of of the two downstairs rentals was not working. The units were flashing an error code--we looked up the instruction manual online, and it required a breaker reset to fix. Unfortunately the breaker boxes were old and unlabeled, so was unable to fix. Called rental company, and was told someone would come out to fix. The issue was never resolved (despite 2 call about the problem)--fortunately the weather cooled, and the air from the other downstairs unit was able to keep both spaces comfortable. The air for the upstairs unit is not sufficient to cool the third floor space. There are only 2 small vents on the third floor, and the skylight windows are old and poorly insulated. We tired to cool the third floor with a fan blowing air up the stairs (a spiral staircase) but it was only marginally successful. In the afternoons and evening, the third floor was 10-15 degrees warmer, and would not be usable during the summer months. The water pressure for the house was not enough to support more than one person (in the "whole house") taking a shower at the same time. The water didn't just slow down, it actually stopped running from the showerhead in the upstairs when a second shower was started in one of the downstairs showers, and would slow even when a faucet was turned on. This would be a huge issue if/when this is split into multiple rentals.Also, the description does not say this, but parking is on the street. The houses next to us were not rented while we were there, but during a busier season, parking could be more complicated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect spot for a quick get away. Just the right size for the our family. My sister and her family were in one part, my other sister and her husband in the other and my family upstairs. We had a blast. Just a quick walk to the beach and stop at Molly Darcy's for happy hour. We had a family cook out in the back yard with the great charcoal grill. I would suggest to the owner more seating in the back yard and more storage in the kitchens. Over all we had a wonderful time. The staff at ODVR were wonderful to work with and they supplies anything we needed. I would especially like to commend Tracy and Leila for how great they were and how much they accommodated us.
