The apartment was dirty and smelt like damp only stayed one night out of 4 asked for refund and they said the apartment was up to cleaning standards 😮

Everything. Did not get the apartment we booked as was already booked. We got next door. No tv signal. No WiFi. No bedroom just a curtain down middle of living room. 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds which were the sofas for the living room. These were hard and very low. Mixed drawers and cupboards which were broken. 1 waredrobe for 4 people to share with only 6 coat hangers. What a dump.

Lots of room, nicely decorated

The location is great. Very close to everything. The kitchen has all you needed to make a meal. The rooms clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay.

Was very close to the tram stop.

The property is huge with plenty of room three bedrooms, one large double on the first floor along with the lounge (with a futon sofa bed), kitchen with everything we needed and a bathroom with shower over the bath on this floor. The 2nd floor up steep stairs, has two further large bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a family room with a double and single bed plus a shower room. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, towels provided and the bathrooms had liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in them which saves having to bring these essentials. There is also a hairdryer which I could not see mentioned in the ad listing and was useful to have! Free WiFi great to have in the apartment too! There was a large flat screen TV but we were so busy chatting and visiting our family we didn't have chance to use it! The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family who live nearby and it was very central, within the town of Cleveleys close to all the shops and a short walk to the seafront. The host Angela was very responsive to our questions and kindly arranged a parking space for us nearby which was much appreciated.

The property is accessed via very steep internal stairs to the apartment entrance door which is not mentioned in the advertisement. There is a further steep staircase inside the property to the two uppper bedrooms. I have a disability which made it difficult but not impossible for me access the apartment. Fortunately I was able to use the first floor bedroom and bathroom while the others in our group used the 2nd floor bedrooms but do be aware that the apartment may not really be accessible for those with severe mobility problems. It was a little cold on our arrival on a very chilly April day and we couldn't find the thermostat but as soon as we contacted the host we were quickly informed where the smart thermostat was and it soon warmed up!

Host was great. House was great. Bonus had two bathrooms for big families

Sofa bed really uncomfortable. And just too much furniture for family with kids. Apart from that. It was great

better 3 piece required and parking.
