The remodel is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. A/c works GREAT, clean pool and room. The rooms didn’t smell like smoke but the exterior hall ways did due to being able to smoke right outside rooms. This didn’t both us but it might other people. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, very accomodating and personable. The room was very clean and comfortable, affordable and conveniently located near all the attractions. Great price too! If I ever make it back to Branson, I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is all super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean! Children loved using the outdoor pool! Close to pretty much anything you need.

We stayed for a total of two nights. When we first got there we checked in and it was very easy and quick. When we got to our room at first glance it was decent. After scoping out the shower I noticed there were some hairs on the shower curtain liner. Later that night it started to storm pretty bad outside and it sounded very loud like there was an open window. After looking, the door did not seal at the top or on the sides. We stuffed blanket in the edges of the door to try to help quiet the rain and wind sounds. In the morning there was a puddle of water in side at the bottom of the door.
Overall it wasn’t a bad place, very quiet considering it is right off the strip. Wouldn’t come again but maybe we just had a bad room.

Check-in was flawless. The two women that checked us in were more than accommodating for my 91-year-old mother.

The motel has recently been remodeled but there is a few problems. One being that the curtain rod was improperly installed and instead of bowing out it bows down and the curtain slides to the center. The room does not have a iron or board, no microwave, no blow drier or phone. We stayed two days and the room was not made up before the second night not even clean towels. I don’t believe they upgraded the mattresses because they were hard and uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

Air conditioner wasn’t very cold. Pool did not have any water in it and it was a little disappointing. Office was closed the day we left and I wasn’t able to turn in our key cards. There was a strong electrical burning smell in the bottom floors by the elevator. The bathroom needed to be repainted. Paint was peeling in the bathroom of room 207.

Great newly updated property. Doesnt look like much from the front but rooms are very spacious and clean. Love the vinyl floor. Water pressure is great and water gets very hot. Nice selection of channels on tv to choose from. Happy stay. Will book in the future.

Right in the middle of town a walk from shopping centers one track family fun park close to food stops absolutely love staying at this location will definitely be back

Room was clean. Worried at first, because there was no cars parked there . But apparently they just reopened, so we felt like we lucked out.

We visited Branson for four days and wanted something basic that was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and convenient to the venues and restaurants. Welcome Inn was all of those. The staff was cheerful, positive, and responsive to requests.

it was very convenient to all locations we were going, only thing i dint like was our room faced the main 76hwy and the hotel sets right on the hwy but over all it was a nice room for the price and we will use them again

The ladies at check in were nice. The beds were very bouncy, if one person moved it would wake the other up. There was a dirty towel laying in the bathroom upon arrival. The walls are paper thin, we could here the people next to us along with the banging of their headboard

I’m glad the rooms were just renovated, they were pretty nice but the floor was filthy. Needed some sugar for my coffee in the morning, no staff available., they didn’t even keep extra toothbrushes on hand. No hair dryer. We’ll stay somewhere else next time. But I guess you get what you pay for.

It may not look like the greatest place from the outside. But, the rooms have been updated. It was perfect for a one night stay. It was also quiet.

Rooms and bathroom was very clean. People we saw when we checked in were very nice. Only problem we had was on checking out. There was no place to drop off door keys. We left them on the dresser with tip.

While the inside of the room looked nice, the noise level in the rooms next to us was extremely loud. The staff was nice at the desk during check-in and check-out. We booked a room with four people. We had a late check-in and by the time we got to showers, we noticed there were only two towels and two washcloths. The lobby was closed by then. The next day, we expected to come back after a full day to our towels being replaced and turn down service, but we had neither. The lobby was once again closed when we arrived back after a late show, so we had the same two towels and washcloths.
