Authentic little hideaway with great access to the host’s pool. Perfect for a family getaway and close to the local ranches if you are going for an experience or some riding.

The location was great - the cottage was quaint and spacious!
Our Cottage had private hot tub, very nice!
There is a pool, advertised can be shared by other properties - but the pool is in the HOST's backyard - VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to really enjoy yourself if you think you might be making noise that might disturb their family!!
A misunderstanding with the "Host - Natalie" - I had sent text messages of our plans for the trip, which was to have a couple SMALL family get togethers as we were traveling for my Dad's great granddaughter's graduation. I can honestly say that there was a statement of additional guest pricing, however, I did explain that there would not be the "total guests reserved for - 5 adults total" there for all of the nights. She never mentioned anything at that time about it not being allowed (when reading the "policy manual" in the cottage, it clearly states that "with permission, events or get togethers were allowed) - so I assumed there would not be an issue. When I first arrived, a woman was out "picking weeds" at the property next door, I asked if she was Natalie and she said yes with a smile! I thanked her for placing a big pot and strainer in the kitchen for our "spaghetti dinner" (for my niece's graduation) I then proceeded to tell her our plans and that my daughters would be coming in for the graduation as well, her demeanor quickly changed and she said "I'll get you a waiver to sign that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything that happens" and there is actually a $50 per day per person "add on" - I was somewhat confused, as again, we did not have the 5 adults the first night (it was myself and my 92 y/o Father and my 2 y/o granddaughter (of which children this age were free) .... from that moment on - day TWO thru our FIVE night stay, she would come and go (again, right next door) and not even acknowledge us on the porch - which I find very disrespectful as my Father and I are both Senior Citizens and she is the HOST!! She actually give dirty looks walking to and from her car, etc., again not a very gracious Host! I sent a text on night graduation night, telling her I would pay the additional $200.
