Very comfortable clean apartment.
Good value for money.
The apartment has everything you need.
The kitchen is also well equipped. Attention is paid to the little things - there is salt, oil, coffee, etc.
There are no mosquito nets on the windows and a lot of insects fly into the apartment (probably due to the fact that there is a park nearby).
The shower is leaking.
Please note that the washing machine is not located in the apartment, but in the basement.

Cozy+comfort+culture nearby in the Olympia park+city center proximity + cooking + chill all in one capture. Host is a wonderful hospitality - aware person to the finest detail, if you know Munich already and wanting a real calm place with a balcony, this is where to stay. Ideal for 1-2 persons. Will be my hub in Munich for upcoming visits.
For longer stays, probably a dishwasher will be a great add-on but not a must.
