Easy access to the property, totally contactless and good communication from host. Home had all the required utilities like fire place, aircon, cutlery, stove, bbq etc. Very good and convenient for bigger families as well. Yard is huge with great scenic view and lot of place for kids/ dogs to run around. My kids loved climbing trees, something they don't experience in the city

It's in rural setting, bit more street lighting will help at night. However if you are after great experience very close to amenities like shopping centre then this one is a great option

I had booked this hoping to stay after a Cabaret show at Richmond on New Year’s Eve, as the property was not far away. That is the only thing I can now say was something I liked about this place.

Five metres before the front door my mother in law said “what is that smell?” Thinking there was a plant nearby. Sadly, it was the house and after trying to make a cup of coffee and realising that everything was sticky and dirty, we called bookings.com to tell them we could not stay there. The beds looked slept in, but it was the stink in the whole house that was so putrid, I am surprised this property is able to be rented. We tried to clean the table top so we could put our coffee mugs down, but after wiping over 6 times, the cloth was still returning black. The cloths in the kitchen were used and smelled really off; lucky I had brought my own to use. Even that was not enough to get this place into a liveable state. The garbage in the bins was overflowing and there was rubbish around the property.

1. bed linen could all be a bit newer. 2. there’s sharp nails (carpet tacks) coming through the carpet at the doorway of B1, and also B2 just before the step down to the Lino floor area. 3. put the toilet paper where we can find it. I went and got some as there was only a small bit left on the roll. we looked in both bathrooms and found none. it was only as we were Leaving that we found some under the kitchen sink. Which we would not have thought to look there for finding toilet paper. Maybe just put some in the cupboard in the bathroom.

Property is at a very convenient location. This place is near to coffee shop and amenities are close by. Walk across bells line of road is scenic and having two good restaurants next door definitely helps better. property provide great accommodation with spacious clean rooms. host was easy to communicate and very helpful.
