We stayed in one of the vans and we absolutely loved it! It was so cozy and clean. Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, delicious breakfast and everything was just wonderful! They offer cheap scooter rentals, free bikes, guided tours around Ninh Binh, transport with car to several locations, including the Hanoi airport, basically everything you need to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff was so helpful and nice!!! We had such an amazing time there.

A hotel a hegyek között, rizsföldek szomszédságában bújik meg. Nyugalom-oázis, a zajos, nyüzsgő, zsúfolt helyek után. A vietnámi utunk utolsó szálláshelye volt. Terveztünk még motoros és biciklis elmenős programokat, de nem vágytunk el, inkább maradtunk és a környéken sétáltunk.
Mivel ez egy kis szálláshely, kevés személyzettel, nem kapsz meg mindent azonnal, de mindent megtesznek a vendég kényelméért. Csodálatos helyeken voltunk Vietnámban, az An's Eco Garden, méltó lezárás volt.
Jó ötletnek tartottam, hogy egyik este békát vacsorázom. Itthon ettem már békacombot, de a Sir-fried frog, with asparagus, nem magyar gyomornak való. :-)

We stayed at An‘s Eco Garden for four nights and really had a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful location and an excellent starting point for exploring the area. We ended up renting a scooter, which made it quite easy to get to the main sights in the area.
The staff were all really friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean.
We would definitely choose this place again next time we are in Ninh Binh!

Der Pool und die Anlage sind schön gehalten. Dir kleinen Bungalows sehen nett aus
Wir hatten eine Nacht einen Marder im Zimmer (Dach im Badezimmer war wohl undicht) , da wir Essensreste im Müll hatten. Sollte man evtl nochmal darauf hinweisen keine Lebensmittel im Zimmer aufzubewahren.

Stunning setting. Out of the main town and very quiet and relaxing. It was cold where we were there and still stunningly beautiful. In summer it would be ideal to be in the pool looking up at all the mountains. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have great English. We booked a guide for a day through them and had a lovely day out. We had a lake view room. It was huge!
Only one PowerPoint in our room, in the bathroom. We had battery packs so it was ok. Our friend had a garden view room and had PowerPoints next to the bed.

Our stay at the hotel was an absolute dream. Its location is breathtaking with the rooms of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake shown in the pictures. Very serene. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything, including tours and recommendations. The food is great. An absolute must if you are visiting Ninh Binh, one of the most beautiful stays i’ve ever been to.

Cet établissement est à quelques kilomètres des principaux sites touristiques de Nin Binh et l’on se trouve plongé dans cette nature que l’on veut visiter. Au creux de pitons rocheux, se trouve l’hôtel ou plus exactement l’ensemble des bungalows au cœur d’une nature préservée et très belle. Le lieu est parfaitement dépaysant. Le personnel est très professionnel et réactif. La cuisine et le petit déjeuner sont excellents.

The authenticity of the location, it was bamboo cabins, clean, not busy so very tranquil and the best was super comfy and good showers!!

The location as such was amazing . The resort is surrounded by huge limestone mountains . The restaurant is perfectly located next to the lake and nature is all over. The room looks and is great with comfortable beds.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The fact that the resort is a bit isolated offers limited options for tours. Good thing is that scooters and bikes are there if the weather allows / permits. The host is really careful witht renting the scooters to foreigners.
At the same time if you are planning to go in the winter time which is the time we visited , the room is cold, with the bathroom having some holes letting the cold air flow in so be prepared for that.
Furthermore our personal preferences did not make us like the food offered at the resort. We would prepare less long menu with less options but more fresh and more carefully made meals. Compared to the food we had so far in vietnam in such a place you would expect to eat better .
I would like also to highlight that in such a resort you should expect attention to detail. Some balloons from a party were left at our balcony which were noticed by the host only when we reached the room , and an empty box of a tooth brush was left lying in the bathroom.
Again when you pay something more you expect also a bit more.

We had an amazing one night stay there. The hotel is so charming, surronded by hills and nature. We stayed at one of the bungalows which was very spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was also great. We got to use their free bikes to go to Trang An and Mua caves which are near the hotel. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Too bad we couldn’t stay more!

Es ist ein schönes Resort. Umgeben von hohen Bergen und viel Natur. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Am Pool konnten wir gut entspannen und der Mai Tai war exzellent. Die lebenden Ziegen in den Bergen waren süß zu beobachten.
Wir haben uns auf das Abenteuer Van eingelassen und einen van als Unterkunft gebucht. Leider war die Matratze alles andere als bequem. Jede Feder spürte mal beim liegen. Leider fingen schon morgens die Bauarbeiter an, um die restlichen Van‘s neben uns zu auszubauen. Hämmern, schweißen und was alles dazu gehört. Klar verstehen wir, dass das Resort sich in Stand halten möchte, aber somit waren unsere 4Tage Erholung von unserer Rundreise eher ein Baustellenfeeling.

Fantastic beautiful location, very peaceful. A short taxi from the town and other major attractions in the area. Stayed in the Caravan room which was very original and well designed. Staff was very nice.
Breakfast did not have many options and quality of food was not the best.

The staff were the best we’ve ever come across, and that’s including the best 5 star places like Four Seasons.
They were genuinely kind and accommodated wild requests with smiles. My family wanted an Ao Dai photoshoot on the resort grounds because of the stunning lake and mountains. They helped us call a photographer and helped us with the resort’s boat.
My family also found a random car off the street to be our driver for the day. The hotel staff were kind enough to take a photo of the driver’s number plate to help us feel more secure.
We cannot recommend An’s Eco Garden enough. All of the staff are the most genuine and kind you’ll ever come across, and the resort grounds are to die for. We are very grateful to them for making our Vietnam trip both a heartwarming memory and photo perfect!

Un cadre vraiment fantastique, les petits bungalow nichés au milieu des montagnes, c est le rêve. L hôtel prête des vélos et la ballade aux alentours parmis les chevres, poules et coq est fabuleuse. Le directeur est tres gentil et propose tous les services pour faire les excursions. Je recommande vivement

Total schönes Hotel mit super Personal, welches gut Englisch spricht. Die Lage ist super gut und morgens wenn man wach wird wird man vom Blick in den Garten geweckt :) essen ist auch sehr gut :)

This was a surprise gem, the photos don’t do it justice! It was a gorgeous oasis and the staff was so incredibly kind to help get me where I wanted to be in ninh binh! The breakfast was good, the room was beautiful with no bugs whatsoever, and the pool was great.

Anhs resort is secluded and peaceful, beautifully tucked away in a valley. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating and there is lots to do in the neighbourhood.

The setting was incredible- so exotic- a true Garden of Eden.
We borrowed their bikes to explore the surrounding countryside which was stunning.
The only thing that let the hut down was the bathroom, no ventilation and smelt very quickly. However they did clean it each day

Serene and beautifull location in middle of nature.
The bathroom for our room was under construction or simply put together badly with wide open gaps to nature letting insects in.
The restaurant was average/bad, too greasy, portions very big and tasted bad. Breakfast was either bread with egg or greasy pancakes. Only when more people arrived they opened up a buffet.

The place is amazing, very peaceful area away from the busy roads and towns.
The garden is nice and well maintained all around the small lake. There is a playground for the kids and that was a success!
The beds are big and comfortable. The rooms are good.
The staff is helpful to arrange taxi.
The lake and area is beautiful but of course with young children it requires attention all the time and it also attracts mosquitoes.
The food served at the restaurant could be better. The menu is quite big but the quality and taste did not meet our expectations.

Pretty much everything was perfect, but the highlights were the beautiful setting and the wonderfully accommodating and helpful manager. He made us feel truly at home and consistently went the extra mile to help us book trips. As others have mentioned we had some time to kill before a train so he let us use the pool and have a shower after we had checked out. We ended up booking everything through him at a good price too because he was always genuinely helpful and never pushed us to do anything.
Honestly could have spent weeks at this beautiful and tranquil place.
There are mosquitos because you are in a beautiful jungle area. Absolutely not a criticism of the resort though. Wore bug spray and had no issues with them.
