Very nice accommodation, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was not great, the food was cold every morning.
We had a massage at the accommodation and the facilities were great however the massage itself felt rushed and was not relaxing, also didn’t go for as long as we paid for.

Location was great near the beach and restaurants.
Gym was great, my daughter used the spa and the two pools are amazing, one 25m pool and one 40m pool.
No plates and cutlery, it is available to rent.

The hotel is amazing! I believe it is the best in Halong and they made your holiday wonderful. Villas are supernice and the facilities are great! You feel very chill and comfortable having holiday here.
The restaurant's service isn't very well. The staff miss orders and needs a lot of reminders to obtain orders/ services you needed. Also, the table was booked and agreed in the morning but they changed our allocation when we arrived for dinner. They said our table was reserved for someone else but no one was on that table the whole night.
