Luxury hotel with amazing view. In the middle of the city. Very friendly staff and helpful. I like room size and the view of halong bay. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel restaurant offers excellent breakfast and room service.

I have a suite booked which was lovely. The pool and the views were beautiful. The pool and pool bar staff were very professional and helpful.
The location was not for us, it was like a ghost town. The reception staff were polite but there was a massive language barrier. The typhoon was due so we could not get any boats but no other suggestions of what to do were provided. We decided to cut our losses and go back to Hanoi so only stayed 3 out of 7 nights and not offered any compensation or refund, a gesture would have been appreciated.
