Unsafe, dirty, misleading, scam.
Absolutely nothing. We didn’t go into the property.
We felt unsafe and didn’t want to stay there with my kids, the advert doesn’t show the outside of the property but does show an old Tudor pub which we though was the property. There were youths hanging around outside and drunk people walking, shouting and being aggressive. The street it’s on is also extremely run down with several pubs and commercial buildings. I was not given the details to the property until 4 days before so there was no way of researching what the property looked like. We have tried to contact the owners but they have sent us down multiple dead ends. I think the place is a scam and should be removed from booking.com.

Would not recommend to my friends!
The garden
My room was clean but shabby. Next to the only toilet and only bathroom in the house and the busy kitchen! Was woken at 4.30 with folk in the kitchen! Was not sure where the breakfast was as there were many personal items in the fridge and cupboards and no info to help. Washing machine going at 12 midnight! Was very disappointed!! £85 a night is far too much!

Good find!
I thought the place itself was delightful. The room was very welcomingly put together and the entrance hall very attractive. The bed was comfortable too and there was ample room to place belongings.
In the morning, I did not have time to enjoy the offer of cereal or tea as I was preoccupied with having to move the car before 10.00 am as pre-notified. Wasn't sure whether the milk belonged to someone else or whether I was allowed to use it so refrained; but it was nice to have the cereal and biscuits on offer. Personally, I'm gluten intolerant but it's the offer that I respected. Because so much emphasis had been put on no food or drink in the room, which is understandable, I had made sure I ate before getting to the house in the evening. Being gluten intolerant, I normally would have bread and biscuits with me. Had I realised there were kitchen facilities available to guests, I would have taken them with me. Next time! What stressed me though was not being able to put the key back into the lock. I did try to align the numbers given in the code but for some reason it just wasn't opening. For seniors like me, it's so much easier to have the option just to leave the key in a draw in the room itself, not to have to fiddle with the numbers on a lock, especially as it needs to be done bent over a drawer. Wasn't sure where I could leave it otherwise. Luckily, it got sorted at around at around twenty to 11. 00, way before the deadline, but it's a fact that the threat or emphasis of having the deposit retained is a source of stress in itself especially when one is so careful. Other than that, it's a very pleasant house.

A home away from home
The first image of this rent accommodation is a image written Home on it and that perfectly explain what you expect from it. A home away from your home. I am not sure why they have not mention all the facilities available in the place. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, drier, iron, breakfast materials, all utensils you ever need for cooking, TV in room as well as in hall, a huge sofa to lay and relax. Just perfect for any family with kids. Station is just 13 minutes walking distance. You can take a cab for £3.50 to the doorstep of the home. I take the advice from their email and have done at Sanjha and Cosmo. Both are good. The cosmo provides more of a fine dining experience whereas Sanjha is a Panjabi foodie heaven. The security of the place is state of the art. All hall and kitchen have CCTV camera which gives great comfort. My room has a small table fan and during hot nights it was very comforting. The locality is quite and does not any any disturbances during night.
I like almost everything and surely visit many time in future whenever I head towards south. Only one personal issue that I face is with the drinking water taste. It is different than my local area in northern England. A Brita filter will be a great addition to the kitchen. Another thing that I noticed that the lock in the bathroom sometime sticks and needs little force to open. If this can be fixed then it will be really helpful for young children.

We enjoyed the visit despite of the little inconveniences and it was a good money for the value.
The bed was comfortable, we could listen to music because the TV had YouTube music and other apps like netflix. The bathroom and toilet were clean, there was a toaster and other devices witch we could use when prepairing food.
There was plastic waste and dust under the bed, and the water pressure was low when I took showers. There wasn’t enough fork in the kitchen and the mugs and cups were dirty. There was one refrigerator and the other guests were stealing our food during the week.
