Professionally decorated with high-end furnishings, this fully furnished spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1,200 sq ft condo provides all the comforts of home. This includes housewares, linens, washer and dryer, utilities, Wi-Fi and all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The interior living space, with areas for lounging and dining is an open-plan concept with exceptional views of the golf course and lake. This top floor, end unit, provides exceptional views from the private screened in lanai overlooking hole #15 of the Piper Golf Course. The condo building includes an elevator, multiple free parking spots, is steps away from the private satellite pool and is walkable to all other neighborhood amenities.
Fully furnished includes: in unit washer and dryer, brand new appliances, all necessary linens and cookware. Master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a large sectional couch that sleeps 2 adults comfortably if needed for extra guests or kids.
There is a one-time $600 membership transfer fee that allows all renters full access to facilities + unlimited member only golf rates. The $600 membership transfer fee isn’t included with booking, renter will pay it to the Admin office once on property and Admin staff will set everything up for you.
Other booking fees per stay include the required cleaning fee and the optional pet fee.
Under 20 minute drive from the SRQ airport, UTC mall, and downtown Sarasota. Under an hour drive to Tampa, Fort Meyers, and more than 5 beautiful beaches.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable and bright!
It was extremely clean and we had plenty of room even when we had two guests for a few days! We had issues getting the Super Bowl due to no cable but Kelly and her mom went out of their way to make sure we had it. Awesome hosts!!
