Had no information leading up to check-in. Was able to get a hold of the manager after 3 attempts while we were driving down to be informed that there was an AC leak and he would issue a refund if we opted to not stay. We came in understanding that the unit would be a bit messy and that we wouldn't be able to use the AC. That was no issue, our issue was that this wasn't communicated until we were a few hours from our location and after we had reached out. Upon arrival, we did not have parking as someone took our spot which was the case for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. That is understandably not their fault, but it just reinforced their lack of communication. Our second night there, the front door smart lock stopped working, again I tried to reach out multiple times but received no response. We brought our puppy and were anticipating being able to leave her for a few hours, however being unable to lock the front door we couldn't leave her. We ended up finding alternative accommodations for her while we were out. This said, we had to leave the unit unlocked all day with our belongings unsecured and disappointedly this didn't even trigger a response from management. Overall, the unit it pretty. But, management is unresponsive and disorganized.

The home was as described, quite area, families and home was clean, but communication with me from host was terrible. I tried to get info on access to home and reserved parking information a week before but this was sent 1 hour before arrival. This made our trip stressful, not knowing the details.

The property was just as listed and made for a very enjoyable stay. Everything you need is available with anything you want nearby. We so appreciated the keen eye for decor as we have an architect, interior design and artist in our family and everyone thought this property knocked it out of the park on curb appeal.

We loved our stay at this property. Perfect for my husband and I and our dog. Really nice patio. The unit is very nicely decorated and super clean! Very reasonably priced. It is located in a quiet little neighborhood. People we came across were very friendly. We walked to a super cute dog-friendly coffee shop. We would stay here again!
