I would not advise renting anything from Prestine Properties !

It was pretty nice, it had all the utilities that you needed.

It was not thoroughly cleaned before check in !!! It had a horrible musty smell!!! The master bathroom toilet would not flush, the master bathroom shower took about 5 minutes to drain, there were stains on the carpet and a pile of dog shit on the balcony. Also, Prestine Properties failed to mention that there was a mountain of rocks in front of the room that obstructed the view of the ocean from the living room.

Excellent!! We will definitely be back!

Proximity to the sand!!

Nothing, it was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at the Hidden Pearl. With a little TLC this could be one of the best on CSB.

Amazing views and location on the water. Had a great week vacation with no major issues.

Property needs updated photos and description, property grounds look nothing like photos. Only had access to one side of beach. Some painting of repaired walls and maybe an updated couch or seating for guests is needed. Central Air system needs to be checked immediately, barely blowing any cool air. Upstairs balcony has soft spots that you can possibly step through causing an injury.
