Close proximity to the beach

Right at the end of the Airforce airport runway hence very noisy in the morning. It was advertised as with WIFI and TV, but there was no internet connection and the tv only work with internet connection. I raised the issue to the key holder and to Navasol, escalated it for 3 consecutive days to Navasol but the issue were never fixed during our stay. What made it even worst is, the key holder rejected all my calls from the second day of me raising the issue. Very bad host or key holder.

There was lots of utensils in the kitchen to cook breakfast, and a lot of restaurants about and Lidl and Aldi nearby to get some shopping in, you definitely need a car.

Very bad contact or communication from the HOST, regardless of emails phone calls, what's app messages etc. On arrival, no keys for entry into apartment, HOST wouldn't answer phone for ages, and then only to say security guard had keys, which he didn't, standing around for 2 hours not knowing what was going on, dreadful setup, eventually the security guard put us in a different apartment which had not been cleaned, I had to clean the apartment and the fridge was very dirty and sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor, all kitchen items plugged out and extremely difficult to get in behind cooker to put on, apartment was not ready for letting out at all. Safe had no batteries in it, when we bought and put in, it still didn't work. Only one key to get in and out, door bell and buzzer didn't work so you had to rely on mobile phone to get in , if other person had key etc. I never write bad reviews but if travelling with young children at that time of night would be a very bad experience. Such a bad experience, and then not knowing if we would have to move to another apartment until 4 days later, but I didn't move after cleaning the apartment and the stress of it all, so a bad start to the holiday.
