the prosecco, the beds, the coffee in room, lovely baggage handler guy.
very inflexible on check in or out times, very dusty under bed side tables, bathrooms really small and a strange negative unused space in room that looked around 2 metre square that could have almost doubled bedroom or bathroom size, I tried 3 times to get a kettle sent to my room and they made out like I was the only human who had ever requested this, I like boiling hot water to have a hot cup of tea, they couldn't provide.

I liked the esthetic of the property. The decor was nice.
When I got to my room there was paint chips all over the bathroom sink and floor. Also my room phone didn’t work. Facilities were working during rest hours. Painting and loud talking.
