Summary:
Welcome to our newly renovated Orlando Villa—just minutes from UCF and an easy drive to Universal, Disney, and plenty of great restaurants. The Villa is set up for families and groups, with a fun game area featuring table tennis, plus a private fenced backyard that’s perfect for relaxing (and great for pups). Outside you’ll find a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and cornhole—easy for a laid-back night in after exploring.
You’ll have 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Want a beach day? Cocoa Beach is about an hour away.
Pet fees: We charge a one-time pet fee of $70 for up to 2 furry friends. For any additional pets, there’s a fee of $35 per pet.
Guest Access:
Please park on the driveway. You may notice other vehicles parked on the grass to the right - they belong to the secondary unit of the property (like a duplex). By parking on the driveway, you'll have your own space and will most likely not see anyone during your stay
Other Things to Note:
This property is set up like a duplex with two separate units on site. The only shared feature is the driveway. Each home has its own private entrance, walkway, and fully fenced in patio, so you'll have full privacy throughout your stay.
Your unit is 100% private and yours - no interior spaces are shared. Just like in many apartments, you may occasionally hear minor sounds through the walls, your comfort and privacy will not be affected at all.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host, William, was quick to respond to my question of the check in process. The home is also close to restaurants and gas stations. It would have been nice to have wash cloths while showering. The shower was very large, which was nice. We had a comfortable stay.

My family stayed here with our pup and it was great. Plenty of room for everyone and a great yard space for all of us to enjoy.
