Greatest place to stay in Fairbanks. So comfortable, modern, well maintained and cool during a hot summer! The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and gracious. Amazing experience and two wonderful hosts made this everything VRBO aspires to be. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband, adult son and I stayed at Harold and Ida's home away from home. We were greeted by our hosts with a yummy pie which was a pleasant surprise after a long trip from the East. The outside deck and grill was handy for hanging out and cooking lunch/dinner and the yard is immaculate with lovely gardens all around which, as a gardener myself, thoroughly enjoyed. The property even had an office center with printer and all supplies needed for any work that needed to be done. Internet access was good as well. We are planning a trip back to Fairbanks in the near future and will be checking in with Ida and Harold for availability of their lovely home. Thank you for all you did to make our vacation amazing!

Harold and Ida are excellent hosts! I would give this stay a 10/10. Great communication between host and me. The property was immaculate! I have stayed at many properties, but this was the top one. Great location, near the airport. The property had all the amenities you would need. It was very clean and stocked with basic essentials. Our flight left late the day we checked out. Harold and Ida let us stay later than normal check out time. Ida made us a peanut butter pie that was AMAZING! I can’t give this place enough 5 stars!

I had a very nice stay, unit was clean and cozy ,everything you need is there, the host were great and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend to all my family,friends and coworkers.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Fairbanks. The property has a lot to offer and is supplied well with necessities and amenities. It is centrally located - close to shopping and area attractions. The owner is very pleasant and helpful - ask him for restaurant recommendations! You won’t be disappointed. From booking to checking out, the experience was awesome! I highly recommend it!

It was a great stay. Would have stayed a third day if I knew it was available in advance. Harold was a great host and helpful with the timing of the aurora. I did feel like the fees were a little steep.

It was an amazing stay at Harold & Ida's property. It is a super clean, well decorated, newly remodeled house. Everything in the house is in excellent condition. Well equipped kitchen was definitely a plus! The house has plenty of room for everything. The attention to details on everything makes it a fantastic house to stay. The only minor improvement I would suggest would be to have detailed instructions on how to operate electronics locks at the front door and inside unit . Thanks Harold and Ida for the fantastic stay!!
