We are located less than two miles away from Magnum Point Marina at Smith Mountain Lake if you want to add some lake time to your vacation stay. Please be aware that electric fencing is used for the cattle. Children should be supervised at all times. If you decide to pick fruit or vegetables from the orchard or gardens, please pull a few weeds to pay it forward for the next guests. We are always available to help with any need, but do not live on the property. If you would like to help with any of the livestock, you will be welcome to with guidance from our farm manager. This is a rural area of Franklin County. Our farm is surrounded by other farms. Just down the road is Magnum Point Marina. It is the perfect place to put in your boat or rent one to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer. Guests will have full use of the house as well as many areas of the farm to explore. You and your family will have the entire house to yourself. There are four large bedrooms with six total beds and 2 full baths and one half bath. You will come and go by motor vehicle. There is tons of parking for several cars and boat trailers.
