We were looking for a nice spot for a family of 5 and the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate us all with space to spare. The check in staff person, Brianna was awesome and she helped make the stay even better. The Hispanic security guard there was also super nice, I believe his make is Narcisso. 5 stars for them both!!!
The pictures on the site are extremely misleading as it makes it seem as though the Waterpark is included rather than a separate activity at a different location despite being down the road from it. The location also boasts a "private" pool, hot tub, etc. but it's really not. It is a shared pool with what appears to be other visitors but not all of the people there seemed to have been actually staying there. I say this because while we entered through the front door and signed in, others entered through a side entrance and there was no going to the front area to sign in. Aside from that, no one there seems to follow the posted rules and no one is there to enforce them. The hot tub rules says no one under 15 years old can be in there and yet, the parents would let them in anyway. I wouldn't have had an issue with it because for the most part, the kids were being watched by their parents until one little girl approached her dad and told him she needed to use the bathroom and while he completely ignored her, she proceeded to step into the hot tub and pee right on the spot. Dad literally did nothing. Hot tub experience ruined. On top of that, as soon as we did the reservation, the property manager was rude and had a rather unpleasant tone, even via text. The initial reservation was made for 1 car but we needed to change to our larger vehicle and she started saying that "she wasn't sure she was going to be able to make that change" which made no sense because it was just to switch the vehicle make, model, and plate. After a short while, she confirmed that it was done. We thought that all would would be well, however, once we arrived, we took note of the fact that the 2 fixtures in the upstairs bedroom were very loose, we struggled to turn on the AC unit, and the TV was not turning on despite trying everything we could think of.
