Fully stocked kitchen. Unfinished basement is set up for entertaining, with a bar and sitting area. Custom cornhole board in case you want to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. From start to finish (7 days) this home lacked nothing. It was very comfortable for my family of seven. The basement game room and the hot tub were certainly highlights but the entire experience was the absolute best!

We had so much fun staying at Corey Prince house in Waynesville, NC. We loved all it had to offer and omg the house is so nice and clean and the Spa Tub was so relaxing. Each room was perfect. My dad is handicap so getting the Wheel chair around was totally perfect. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for him and he got to be part of everything with us. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful property. We will definitely be back :)

We were visiting family in Waynesville and this property fit the bill. It was the CLEANEST house we have ever rented on vrbo. Very well kept and maintained. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. In the morning you could see rabbits running around the neighborhood and yard. Screened back porch worked well for morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked. We even used the hot tub. Highly recconend this place.

We enjoyed this property very much. It is clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location between Waynesville and Maggie Valley. The house is located in a small, quiet, and safe neighborhood.
