We stayed at this house with a few friends to shorten the commute to a wedding, and it was the perfect getaway for the weekend!

Was pleasant for what we needed it for. Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. However this was obviously a quick flip the floors are very uneven and bubbling in certain places, were very dirty had not been swept in a while, mildew around the shower, and shower curtain, found several roaches, and used items left from previous guest. Aside from some general cleaning and upkeep still good for what we needed. Great location nice neighborhood.

This house was perfect for a 2 night stay to go to a concert. The house was clean and cool and the owner was outstanding to work with. Thanks Josh. We will rent again.

To start, limited exposure as we ended up not staying here due to unforeseen circumstances. First impression, not a great neighborhood. Next, inside of the house looked freshly renovated but seemed like a poor quality, quick flip. Flooring not put down properly, felt like walking on bubbles. Daylight around doorframe. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. Floor vents were all bent in. A few dead bugs on floor including cockroaches. Plus, front bedroom had a hook lock on the outside. Seemed a bit odd. Based on this, wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed at Josh’s home in Concord for a family wedding this past weekend. There were 5 adults in our group and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked great and the home was only about a mile and a half from the wedding venue. It was a quick trip, so we did not have an opportunity to use the yard, but it looked like a nice place to relax. When we mistakenly thought that there was no silverware or cooking utensils, after a quick text to Josh, we had brand new ones at the door in no time ( sorry about that- we were fooled by the knob-less drawer!) All in all, a pleasant stay and really perfect for our purposes.

The house is a lovely home with a warm inviting feeling. The neighborhood is very quite with friendly neighbors. Just minutes from the speedway, shopping, movie theater, restaurants and many other general necessities. Traveled with family including children. There were many games for the children to entertain themselves. Overall a positive experience. Host Josh was also easily accessible and very communicative. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.
