位置好很方便，晚上附近很熱鬧但不會吵、離下地島機場線巴士的站牌也不會太遠；單人房格局我很喜歡，房內有兩層式冰箱、微波爐、乾濕分離衛浴設備、還附衣架跟夾式曬衣架，而且打掃乾淨，裝潢簡單乾淨，燈光足夠；被安排到邊間，兩面都有窗戶覺得很好。
停車場不是在隔壁是小缺點，但也不遠；早上九點多會聽到打掃公共區域的聲音，類似吸塵器的噪音，感覺有點早作業；洗澡的空間對於男生來說可能會有點窄。

我是住雙床房，所以兩個人住得很舒服，而且這裏的客服很好！我們在居住的那個星期有颱風經過，客服在早幾天已經提前通知要我們準備好食物，提醒島嶼因為天氣中斷物流的問題，就算颱風過後也可能不能即時買到所需品。

1.미야코지마 시내에 있어 이동하는데 좋았음.
2.장기고객에게는 필요한 설비(미니주방)이 있어 괜찮았음.
장기고객(5~6일 이상)에게는 좋지 않음. 우리는 21일을 숙박했으나 숙소 청소가 전혀 없었다. 그나마 침대 시트 교체 신청을 해서 내부 confirm 이후, 5일단위로 교체하는 정도였다.
장기고객은 숙박에 고려해야 한다.
#참고사항: 숙박기간 중에 2~3일간 단속적으로 비가 많이 오던 날 침실 천정에서 약간의 누수가 발견됐음.
크게 문제가 되는 수준이 아니고 깜박하고 호스트에게 말은 못 건네고 퇴실했음. 하자만
나중에 체크가 필요함.
