Reasonable location and Leigh who manages the property was excellent in helping us.

Everything in the property was low budget from the cutlery to the plates and through to the furniture and lack of decent floor coverings.

cat hair on furniture and bad cat smell in living room. on arrival there was a cat in the house!

Hebden Bridge was lovely, the location of the property was spot on.

The house needs a little TLC, s lick of paint here and there, the blinds on all the windows need fixing. Just minor things but it makes all the difference.

no door for bedroom 2 was a bit awkward for 2 couples staying. Would be fine for a family tho

Beds were a little ' springy'

The house was in a good location, easy walking distance from main street/town. Beds comfortable.

House cold on arrival. As we were expected at 3 the heating could have been on, it was February. Plus a pint of milk in fridge would have been appreciated. Save us walking back out in the rain. The sofa had no back cushions on it, not very comfortable. Stair carpet ripped (read an earlier review last year who mentioned this) trip hazard. I was also asked to take rubbish out, new one on me. Recycing not very clear! Plus there was a cleaning fee!!! Also asked to put dirty towels in bath! TV remote didn't work properly, had to continuously press the buttons over and over to shift channels etc. V frustrating. Hot water not hot for bath, despite me putting heating on..

Lots of space, big rooms, lovely house and location, nice and clean, pet friendly, we parked on the street and easy to find!

Only thing I would say was there is a large cleaning fee included but we were asked to take any rubbish with us in the morning and had two messages quite early on reminding us to check out which seemed a bit excessive

the heat didn’t work, the bathroom window was broken and had to be twisted into place to close the kitchen cabinets were peeling and one door was hanging off it’s hinges the stairs extremely steep

Location excellent as was Leigh, the host.

The second bedroom was at roof level accessed by quite steep stairs. The carpet was not well secured at the top of the stairs.
