Spacious, comfortable, relaxed well designed

Tout était exceptionnel, les chambres sont confortables et chaleureuses, le spa où l’on peut vraiment passer un moment de détente, le bar et restaurant sont très bons et enfin le personnel toujours souriant et attentif. Il y a aussi un service de navette disponible à toute heure de la journée. Tout était parfait !

Delightful staff in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant who could not be nicer nor more helpful - they are a credit to a hotel whose actual owner and manager have a long way to go towards appreciating the value of good customer relations.

You can forgive a hotel which is still training its staff and ironing out teething problems and is honest and upfront about this. At this level this is why hotels have ‘soft’ openings and offer an introductory reduced rate. It generates a sympathetic clientele and most importantly good feed back. Alarm bells rang when the receptionist was wearing a ski jacket with a fur collar and had a heater at her feet. All the public areas during the week of my stay were FREEZING. The hotel was empty. Informed at my first breakfast that a poached egg was supplementary but a boiled egg wasn’t. Over the week I experienced cold precooked scrambled eggs with a skin across them from the buffet, cold poached eggs and undercooked boiled eggs (salmonella alert). The pillows and duvet are synthetic and there was no natural alternative available. The basin tap only ever delivered luke warm water. No furniture on the balcony. Slowly the hotel was picking up on the inevitable teething problems - late in the week of my stay a makeup mirror and vanity tray arrived in the bedroom unprompted, a bin arrived for the bedroom, balcony furniture turned up on my last night, a toaster arrived at breakfast and the scrambled eggs were addressed but intrinsic design faults are that the fireplace is at the far end of the dining room and not in the lounge or bar area so there is no fire to relax by. Access (in a towelling robe) to the spa is through the freezing reception. It only has 6 sunloungers at the pool for 25 rooms, pool width is just over 3m & staff walk back and forth outside the picture windows to access a staff door. Useless management responded to miserable stay with the compensatory offer of a free massage ...a total insult in this cold and unwelcoming hotel.

Breakfast was superb. Staff were incredibly professional, helpful and polite. Room was exceptional.

the view was magical, the room was so clean and comfortable, Perfect TV unit has all channels and netflix and apple Tv to connect, very big room and space
