The pools. The pools really make our day. Different types of pool for small kids to adult. Nice garden with pools. My niece & nephew really enjoy it. Mynews just downstairs really convenient.

The cleanliness of the house should be improved. Not that dirty but make me uncomfortable with the house. Aircond only in living room & master bed room.

Dirty toilet. Dust everywhere. Dirty kitchen and sink.

No basic amenities, no towel, toilet roll bathmats, Tv not functioning, floor dirty, dirty dusty floor and got hair on floor, ants on the bed, hair stuck in the toilet, plates not washed, didn't give grill key, no WiFi

this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The owner is irresponsible and obnoxious. The whole unit is not maintained at all. Dust all over the place, including the bed sheet. Hairs accumulate on the door mat, Television counter and so on. microwave is beyond dirty. Fridge is extremely dirty, lizard poops, dust, and blood water in the freezer compartment. moulds on the sofa and chairs. Description of the unit stated that it is air conditioned, but in fact, only master room comes with air condition. but, ceiling fan of the master room is not functioning. When contact the owner about the air conditions not installed in all room, she claimed that it is not mentioned that all rooms come with air conditions, so it’ our fault to assume all rooms come with air conditions. Graffiti on the walls. Black stain on the floor of both toilets. one of the room did not come with even a door nob.

Owner did not pick up the phone after we said that the cleanliness of the unit is unacceptable. unclear instruction on the way from resident building to parking building, causing us to stuck at the lift for 30 min and we’re late to meeting. Card provided is not functioning, cannot exit the parking building, have to ask for help from security guard every single time for exit. Owner refused to negotiate a compensation despite the terrible conditions and blamed us instead. She said that we complained about the unit cleanliness after we check in, and we may be the one that make a mess in the unit. This claim is illogical. at the end, she refused to provide any compensation. We checkout the same day we checkin, could not stay in such a terrible environment. I hardly believed that the unit is sanitised, not to mentioned cleaned, especially during the time of Covid-19. Owner refused to reply to Whatsapp messages. After we brought up this issue to the customer service of Booking.com, the customer service contacted the owner. only after that, she replied the message. Instead of providing solutions, she just mocked us for being immature.
