PETS: The fee for up to two pets is $100 per stay. Pets that have been pre-screened are welcome for an extra fee, provided they are house-trained, stay off furniture, and avoid the pool area. Bringing a pet without permission may result in a fine of up to $1500 or forfeiture of the security deposit. KIDS Although small children are welcome and loved, this property may not be a great fit. The house is not child proofed so please keep that in mind when booking. CLEANING FOR LONGER STAYS We require professional cleaning every two weeks at a fee of $350 per. CHECK OUT CHECKLIST - Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit. - Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes. - Dispose of all trash in the bins provided. - Turn off all lights. - Lock all doors and windows. FENCES There is a gated, chain link fence surrounding the entire property. SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at all entry points for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house.
