Small but very comfortable apartment with a kitchen. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Within walking distance of Brussels Central Station and Brussels-South (Zuid) Station. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable.
The instructions for check-in/out were very clear.
The appartment was generally pretty clean, although some dust was visible.
The pressure in the shower was nice.
The room had no AC but the fan was powerful.
The appartments with a private bathroom are located in another building 2 min away, still very well located in the city. There is a noisy bar down the corner of the street, so all in all, we didn't rest too much because of the heat and the noise.

The stairs where too narrow and unstable, the location was different as stated in the Listing. The room smelled extreme of cleaning supplies when entering. The welcome basket was a bunch of plastic stuff.
