Location was at the beach, short walk across the parking lot to steps down to beach. Plenty of parking available, overflow lot across the street. The room appeared to have been updated. It was clean, bed was comfortable. Mini fridge worked well. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and informative.
Room was small. The chain lock on the door was broken. To use the main door lock, you had to back the door out a bit in order for the bolt to engage in the door frame. There was only room for one chair on the balcony. Only shampoo was provided, no conditioner, The hallway needs some updating, very plain and dirty looking. The hotel shows wear and tear.

Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy access to beach.
Liked continental breakfast but wish they could have had at least one breakfast meat.
If you left your beach chairs anywhere outside your room apparently they threw them in the trash dumpster. That’s where we found our chairs after we went and purchased two more.

Great location, breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were great
Door locks and some areas of the bathroom that should have been cleaned behind the door. Need new curtains.
