-they said you can pay by credit card but right after booking they send you whatsapp which says that they only accept money transfer or cash.. maybe bc the others are out of the international banking systems? -the description said FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, but there wasn’t any. We found a common kitchen in different floor but there wasn’t any equipment to eat (forks/pans etc). We went to reception to ask about it and they said the room owner should provide these to us. We wrote to owner and asked about these. They were super rude to us and told “there is not nothing wrong with the room” and the description was correct. We needed to wrote to booking about it and it ended up that they actually changed to description after we complained so they would not need to compensate us. At the end the booking gave us some money back even tho the rooms owner told them that they wont do it.. I needed to send booking.com screenshots of the descriptions before, I was lucky I took the pictures before they changed it! -staff english wasn’t good at all. We were asking about refill station and they just kept saying yes yes, and there wasn’t any station. They made us walk to the bar and I was asking where is the refill station and they just looked each others like they had no idea what I was talking about -there isn’t anything nearby, it is like a ghost town, no restaurant (only the complex one where they serve 3 different options, you can choose the western or asian side) -breakfast buffet wasn’t good, cost 250 000 and not worth it, but you really don’t have any other options so that is where we are. Also lunch and dinner costs the same. -room view wasn't so nice since it was only partly to the ocean. Also the class in the balcony was not clear, so dirty! I have been travelled a lot in my life and this is the first one who actually tried to lie to avoid the compensation of marketing the place incorrectly.

It's brand new and fascinating. The outdoor area is amazing, with a big pool, a lazy river, many palm trees, and a beautiful beach. The rooms are modern, nice and practical.

Since it's just opening, not all facilities are yet in the final mode of operation.
