At the entrance to the remarkable site of Pointe d'Arradon, in the heart of the village of Pratmer. (400 m from the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, the market, shops and the center of Arradon) Ideal location for starting tours, hiking by the Gulf or boat trips, kayaking or paddle boarding (rental at the marina at 400 m) With 25 years of experience in welcoming holidaymakers to Arradon, we now offer three non-terraced houses equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each has a fully enclosed private garden, guaranteed privacy and tranquility. Large living room, two leather sofas, large screen TV, wood stove) two bedrooms, a 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds each with a bathroom (sink and shower) WC on each floor, quality linen provided (cotton percale) Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, full equipment, large terrace 37 m2, with garden furniture, 3/4 seater jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area, relaxation area. Excellent house, spotlessly clean, very good aspect towards sun. Great jacuzzi in garden. Arradon is a beautiful small town, very close to the Gulf of Morbihan. Great walks along sea shore and in woodlands. No extensive beaches. The hosts, Catherine and Dominique, are exceptionally helpful. Recommended for couples.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit Garten und eigenem Whirlpool. Arradon ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit Marktplatz und diversen Restaurants. 10 Min zum Wasser, das allerdings nur zweimal am Tag zu erleben ist :-) Super nette Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen und gute Tipps für den Urlaub haben.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind professionell und freundlich. Unsere Töchter waren besonders vom Whirlpool sehr begeistert. Nett fanden wir auch, dass es kleine Geschenke für die Erwachsenen und für die Kinder gab!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Bretagne verbracht: Sowohl unsere Ferienunterkunft als auch der Ort Arradon sind großartig. Catherine hat bei Fragen sofort und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Arradon ist ein schmeichelhafter, ruhiger Ort, der alles bietet, was man im Urlaub sucht.

The property is a few minutes walk away from the central of Arradon. Everything is comfortable, immaculate and tasteful. The terrace is a good size with outdoor seating , dining and a hot tub. The large umbrella made it easy to enjoy all day long. Our hosts were very patient with our terrible French language skills! The parking is secure & generous. Arradon is a very pretty market town with good restaurants and a twice weekly market and a great base to explore the area from. We loved it!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben Ende August/Anfang September 2021 zwei wunderbare Wochen im Ferienhaus Ty Perig verbracht. Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und wird von den Eigentümern Catherine und Dominique, die nebenan wohnen, sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist optimal ausgerichtet, so dass man vom Vormittag bis zum Abend die Sonne genießen kann. Der Whirlpool ist ein Traum! Das Erdgeschoss ist sehr geräumig, die Küche gut eingerichtet, so dass man sehr gut kochen kann. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Badezimmer, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Da das Haus an einer ruhigen Straße liegt, kann man auch bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen. Sowohl das Ortszentrum von Arradon (mit Bäcker, Fleischer, kleinem Supermarkt) als auch die Strände sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gegend insgesamt bietet viele Möglichkeiten für interessante Ausflüge.

Tout était parfait
Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaine chez Catherine et son époux. Ce sont des personnes charmantes, pleins de bons conseils et toujours disponibles. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus et est très agréable après une belle journée de balade. La maison est bien située, à 5-10 min à pied des commerces et du port. De belles balades sont également possibles depuis la maison. Notre séjour était impeccable sur les les plans et recommandons vivement cette location.

Un très chouette séjour à Arradon
Très jolie maison, bien décorée et agencée, le jacuzzi de grande qualité est indiscutablement un plus, en tout cas il nous a été très agréable pendant cette semaine malheureusement pluvieuse. Catherine est adorable, très avenante et le petit cadeau qu'elle a offert aux filles à été très apprécié ! La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces et du bord de mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Schönes Haus im Golf von Morbihan
Wir kommen gerade von unserem Urlaub im schönen Haus von Catherine und Dominique zurück. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung bei Fewo zu 100%. Wir haben uns dort sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten daher auch die wettertechnisch schlechteren Tage dennoch genießen. Das Highlight für unseren Sohn war sicherlich auch der Whirlpool auf der großen Aussenterrasse. Da die Vermieter auf dem Nachbargrundstück wohnen, war der Kontakt jederzeit unproblematisch und freundlich. Arradon selbst ist ein kleiner und beschaulicher Ort mit eigenem Jachthafen und Austernzüchtereien. Im Ortskern gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Bäckereien und zweimal die Woche einen schönen kleinen Markt. Der Ortskern ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Hafen benötigt man rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein großer Super U Markt findet sich am Ortseingang. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Golf von Morbihan (Vannes, Carnac, Ile d'Arz bzw. Ile aux Moines) sind von Arradon aus gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Catherine und Dominique geben bei der Anreise bereits erste Tips. Für Kinder bietet sich zudem der Parc Adrenalin in der Nähe von Carnac, ein Ausflug zur Burg Suscinio und eine Schiffs- bzw. auch Kanutour im Golf (beides ab Arradon möglich) an. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub in der Bretagne. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Geschichte, Landschaften und Natur
Das Haus TY PERIG von Fam. Martin war für uns perfekt: gute Lage und gute Ausstattung... nach unseren Sightseeingtouren haben wir gerne im Whirlpool entspannt und anschließend im überdachten Bereich unser Abendgetränk genossen.
Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch zentral. Zur Ortsmitte sind es nur wenige Gehminuten... Dienstags und Freitags Wochenmarkt, der Fleischer, die Bäckerei und Patisserie sind ebenfalls im Zentrum; außerdem div. Restaurants.
Zum „Golf“ sind wir rund 500 m gelaufen...
Nette Vermieter, tolles Haus, gute Lage... nichts zu bemängeln.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind hervorragend und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ins Dorf zum Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. Läuft man 5 min. Bergauf. Zum idyllischen Hafen mit kleinem Badestrand ebensolang. Alles top!

Idéal pour découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan
la maison est très bien entretenue la prestation est parfaite, tout est conforme à l'annonce, Arradon est le point de départ idéal pour visiter le golfe du Morbihan, à pieds, en vélos, en bateau ou en voiture mais prévoir deux semaines, nous sommes restés une semaine et c'est pas suffisant pour tout découvrir, il nous faudra revenir

LOCATION TRES BIEN SITUEE
La maison se trouve entre le bourg et la mer. Tout peut se faire à pied. La location est conforme aux photos. Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle d'eau. La table en extérieur n'est pas pratique car elle est petite est en hauteur. Nous avons sorti la table de la salle à manger. Les 4 chaises sont inconfortables. Pour le reste, parfait, la literie est excellente, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, nous avons demandé des transats, nous avons eu des transats. Le jacuzzi, impeccable. Les commerçants et restaurants de Arradon sont excellents.

Schönes Haus und tolle Vermieter
Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, Bäcker, kleiner Einkaufsladen sowie 4 Restaurants fußläufig in ca. 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Spa/Whirpool ist super. Wir haben es fast täglich genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ganz toll (sie sprechen französisch und englisch). Bei Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Sie haben uns viele Tips gegeben und uns das Haus und den Spa sehr gut erklärt. Das Haus kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Catherine und Dominique.
Die Umgebung hat sehr viel zu bieten. Zum Wasser sind es zu Fuß auch nur ca. 10 Minuten. Etwas außerhalb des Ortes gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, der außer Sonntags von 8-19.30 Uhr geöffnet ist und Sonntags bis 12.30Uhr.

Fantastic property. Great location for local and regional day trips. Oyster farms, Cafes, Restaurants all within easy reach. Vannes, Auray, Carnac and Quiberon are all close by and the local beaches and ports are a delight. Outside space at the property (incl the hot tub) is probably the best we have encountered.
Hosts were welcoming and extremely helpful.

Perfect holiday
We couldn’t of asked for more.
The house was perfectly equipped and comfortable and the hot tub a huge bonus with all the cycling we did.
The location of this property for the whole region couldn’t be better, really a beautiful spot with the village having everything you need, a fabulous supermarket a short distance and of course the water a short walk away too.
We would return and we would stay in the same property.
No complaints. Very peaceful. Wonderful community.
The hosts were so welcoming and close by should you need anything.

Fabulous week in Arradon
This lovely house was comfortable and well equipped to allow us to enjoy our holiday to the full. On arrival we found the house to be light, airy and beautifully clean. We had a lovely welcome from the owners who had prepared two informative guide books to ensure we made the most of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and, with the area being so peaceful, we slept well all week. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the region of Morbihan.

Catherine et Dominique nous ont acceuillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse en toute simplicité. Le logement est fidèle à la description : idéalement situé et confortable. Lovely house with plenty of stunning places to visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Ty Job, which is a modern house in Arradon. The hot tub was a welcome addition. Parking your car is no problem; plenty of room on the driveway.
The Golfe of Morbihan (what a wonderful peaceful place) is minutes away on foot: we used the beach at Pendoch and walked to the Pointe d’Arradon taking in a drink on the way back at the bar on the edge of the Gulf near the sailing school.
We also visited two interesting towns: Vannes and Auray. The seaside resort of Carnac is also worth a visit. For sheer beauty and calm, apart from the Golfe de Morbihan, we can recommend St Cado in the river Estel (a beautiful estuary) between Auray and Lorient, and for a beach which is quiet and stunning (at least in September when we were there) try la plage de Locmariaquer at the mouth of the Golfe facing the Ocean.
Finally Catherine and Martin are extremely nice people and very willing to assist their guests.

Great Place
A good place for the family (2 adults & 2 chilren 11 & 9) and a dog. Jacuzzi was a bonus at the end of each day.
Great location for village, good restaurants, shops, market and easy walks to coastline areas.
Vannes is worth a visit to the central historical area. Lots of original timber built buildings.
Also a drive to Quiberon, very scenic although quite busy.
And Oysters at Les Belles d'lrus is worth a visit and easy to walk to.

Super Familien Urlaub
Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Ortskern mit Bäcker, Restaurants und 2x die Woche Markt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, für Familien gut geeignet. Vannes ist sehr gut mit dem Bus (Öffentlicher Nahverkehr) zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer die 2 Häuser entfernt wohnen.
Wir haben den Whirlpool jeden Tag genossen.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Our Week in arradon May 2018
We had a week of glorious sunshine and high temperatures. Our host Catherine and Dominique were charming, typically French, helpful and generous. The property is modern, very well equipped with comfy beds, leather settees, large screen tv and a hot tub. It was clean bright and airy. A stark contrast to the typical Gite. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and everything worked. The gardens were a great place to sunbath benefitting from sun early morning until late evening. Outdoor eating was a treat. The sunbeds made of teak were very attractive but perhaps less comfortable than the usual.
Arradon is a hidden treasure with everything you could want bakers, butcher, café, pharmacy, general store a couple of bars and a twice weekly market and its only 300m from the property.
Even better is its proximity to Arradon Point at the head of the Bay of Morbihan. Spectacular scenery, coastal paths and Oyster shops everywhere. And its only 400m from the property. All in all its Excellent!!

Magnifique région
Un grand merci pour les chaleureux propriétaires. Une magnifique maison avec jacuzzi tout près de toute activité. On a superbement bien dormi avec la qualité du duvet.... si nous revenons dans cette région. ..nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir au même endroit.
