The location is perfect, just in front of the train central station so; you don't need transportation.
It's also close to the city hall and all the other attractoins around it

The hotel is next to the main station. But it’s an area that’s being rebuilt and a nightmare to locate the parking entrance.

Hotel is centrally located, in the heart of Stuttgart
For the price you pay the hotel has very limited amenities, staff needs bring a little bit smile to their faces.
For a 5 start hotel chain there should be a better gym, spa, and a swimming pool.
