Very nice hotel with good rooms
The location. It is in the middle of a massive construction project that has been going for 15 years and will go for another 15. Very hard to get to the hotel on foot as a result. Lots and lots of steps to negotiate.

One of the cheapest five star hotel in Germany.
Smaller but still fairly nice parking in an underground garage.
Swimming pool and small spa.
No way this five star hotel. No personal anywhere. Nobody helps you with your luggage, no concierge, nothing.
Rooms are old and outdated and worn out.
