Excellent location. Very convenient. Close to all the parks, city center/shopping, tram/train lines. A/C, nice faciliities and comfortable, clean room.
Wish they had parking, or at least some temporary parking spaces.

the location is very central
No value for money: the rooms are very small. There’s no kettle for making a coffee or tea, not even a glass or a cup provided. No even a glass of water is included, you need to purchase water at the bar downstairs.
Literally just a TV and a bed.
