Great room at convenient location

Great location. Great room with good workdesk. Great bathroom with good shower and slip-free floor.

Staff were a bit self-centered instead of customer-oriented at times. Missed fried egg for breakfast.

Wir fühlten uns wohl - wie immer 🤗

Die neuen Zimmer, einschl. Bad sind gut strukturiert! Eine Dusche wäre aber zweckmäßig nach Renovierung gewesen.

Das Frühstücksbufett lässt noch Luft nach oben zu, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mit 24 € zu hoch!! Der Spa Bereich bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung.

Grundsätzlich schön, Preis Leistung passt hier aber leider nicht.

Mitarbeiter waren nett. Hotellobby und Zimmer waren schön

Aufzugssystem leider Mangelhaft (Lange Wartezeit) Der Pool war leider sehr Kalt für uns. In unseren Zimmer haben Kissen,Handtuch, Bademantel, Badeschlappen für die 2. Person gefehlt. Erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen und 5h später haben wir es bekommen. Badeschlappen hab ich selber beim freundlichen Hauskeeping geholt. Parkhaus ist eine reine Katastrophe wenn man nicht einen Smart fährt. Preise für Cocktails an der Bar waren extrem Teuer. Ca. 12 euro je Cocktail bestand nur aus Eis. Immerhin lecker waren sie.

Sehr modernes und komfortables Hotel

Räumlichkeiten für Frühstück zu klein man musste auf den nächsten freien Tisch warten. Im Umfeld des Hotel (Bahnhof) eine große Baustelle. Kein Aschenbecher am Balkon deshalb sehr viele Kippen am Boden

Wir werden wiederkommen, da die Lage des Hotels für uns sehr gut ist und einigen Komfort bietet .

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet. Im recht kleinen Bad befindet sich eine begehbare Dusche. Der neu gestaltete Frühstücksraum ist sehr gut gelungen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Bar inklusive Beleuchtungskonzept ist gleichfalls sehr schön geworden. Sehr nette Barkeeper.

Der Preis des Frühstücksbüffets ist mit 24 EUR pro Person ein bisschen hoch angesetzt. Das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr klein. Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche hat es unangenehm gerochen. Wir hatten an diesem Wochenende keinerlei Roomservice.

le restaurant et le bar super bien et sympa . belle réception et jolie sauna ,Hamm, jacuzzi , piscine

piscine froide, le coin sauna sans maillot obligatoire!!! hôtel avec un peut de travaux intérieur rien de grave, nous avons couper le chauffage il faisait très chaud malgré tout. des travaux dans la rue et sur les raye de chemin de fer toute la nuit!!!!!! impossible de dormir la chambre pas faite alors que nous avions afficher sur la porte la demande de la faire. personnel qui ne parle pas Français alors que sais annonce sur le site internet. petit déjeune payer le jours le l'arriver et tous les matins obliger de me justifier car non inscris sur le livre du personnel.

Geweldig, ontspannen verblijf!

Het was goed bereikbaar en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen. We hadden mooi uitzicht over de stad. De kamer was schoon. Daarnaast was er een mooi zwembad met lekkere sauna. Het ontbijt was uitstekend!

Voor de minibar moest je extra betalen. De ramen waren erg vies.

One night stop over. Rooms and facilities excellent and staff very good.

Used it many times and the refurbishments have been done well. Car park is good as is the wellness area.

Breakfast is way over priced.

The best place I've stayed in Stutgardt

Everything. Great pool spa and sauna and steam room. Tastefull comfortable furnishings. ONly 13 mins to Marienplatz in the city on the train which is at your doorstep and a really pleasont trip.

I would have liked room service as standard though as it was quiet some nights staff did it anyway.

Ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip in Stuttgart oder für den Besuch in der Heimat

Beim Frühstück war für jede/n etwas dabei, große Auswahl. Die Betten und Kissen war extrem bequem. Wir hatten nicht mit einem richtigen Spa-Bereich gerechnet, waren dann aber total angetan, dass es nicht nur einen (mittelgroßen) Pool, sondern auch noch 2 Saunen und 1 Whirlpool gab. Auch die Mitarbeitenden mit denen wir in Kontakt waren, waren sehr freundlich

Vielen Dank, ich komme wieder!

Ich kann den Unmut vieler Kritiker hier nicht verstehen. Das Hotel hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Rezeption und der gesamte Eingangsbereich sind sehr einladend, das Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Angekommen, konnte man mir bereits mit meinem Elektrofahrzeug helfen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee und Tee wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Schwimm- und Wellnessbereich bietet ausreichend Platz, inklusive einer großen Terrasse, die zum Austreten nach dem Saunagang einlud. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den bärtigen Herrn an der Rezeption vom Nachtdienst, der einen sehr positiven und aufmerksamen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Einige öffentliche Parkplätze (Werktags ab 08:00 Uhr nicht kostenlos) standen vor dem Eingangsbereich.

Der Whirlpool war abgesperrt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Multifunktionspresse im Fitnessbereich ist etwas veraltet, aber ich konnte dennoch ein leichtes Trainingsprogramm absolvieren. Alles Gemurre auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr schön, aber auch sehr teuer.

Der Preis einer Übernachtung ist sehr hoch und dann noch ohne Frühstück. Für 179€ für ein sehr kleines,aber wirklich sauberes und schönes Zimmer hätte ich Frühstück erwartet. (25€ pro Person zusätzlich 😔)

Not so tidy , not clean. No refill foods for the breakfast and the cleansing staff always occupied the lift during morni

No room service! Only have staff change the towels, but no one clean the room or change bed sheets for us. We stay there over a week. Even though I called the receptionist to request have room service, the staff only gave the stuff for us. No one clean or vacuumed. The cleansing staff only want to finish their work quickly. They used the lift during the morning breakfast peak hours! We need to wait for long long time as the cleansing staff put the trolley inside occupied the lift and block the way. We need to spend over 15mins to wait for the lift, and the lift will stop every floor. The breakfast is good, but they didn’t refill the foods when is almost finished, even though is still have an hour to close. Seems 9:30 the food is already finished but no more refill.

Good value for money

Great value for money. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Good location with easy access. Secure underground parking available at extra cost.

Cna't think of anything we didn't like, other that aircon access hatch in one of the rooms was leaking all night but we were too tired to ask for a room change, and only stayed one night. So, can't tell how the staff would've taken it if we'd ask for room change. When we mentioned to them in the morning upon checkout they just said tanks for letting us know, but didnlt offer a refund or other sorts of compensation.

This is an excellent city hotel. The room with a balcony is a delight.

If anyone is thinking of staying at the Pullman I would recommend the room with a balcony. It was absolutely lovely.

The staff at check in could be more pleasant. However this did not tarnish my stay.
