The location is excellent, less than 10min walk to the main train station and 15-20mins to the city center. Had a room for one night for 3 people, and room was excellent, staff friendly and for us the parking and having the shopping center next door was very handy. Great city and this is an excellent hotel option, which I would totally recommend.
There was nothing not to like about this hotel for us. Just to be clear parking for 24 hours is 36 Euro per day. We were only there for one day, but for multiple days this could add up pretty quickly.

Good Location for food and shopping (just a small mall at beside)we found nothing to shop there. A/C is a bonus as 34 degrees when we are there
We arrived earlier at 2pm and ask for early check in but they don’t allowed, said my room is not ready yet. We were so tired as just touched down at frankfurt (after 15hours flight) and after second approached they said only member can check in early?! I don’t like the reception lady which gave a very wrong direction to pay the car park ticket at underground. Luckily we met a cleaner guy who leads the way to the ticket machine
