Good location (5 min walk to tram and train), minimalist room design, easy check-in, clean
Unstable shower temperature (The water temperature was rising to extremely high levels, potentially causing severe skin burns), low room utilities (kettle, cup, coffee etc.)

location is convenient, near an u-bahn station. not having to carry a keycard was nice and checking in/out was easy and quick. room is identical with the pictures. any question i asked was replied quickly but i think it was an AI bot.
the room was too dusty. the beds had weird crumb like things, not properly cleaned. shower floor needs changing, looks too dirty from years of use. also not that important but pillows were too soft lol
